Great company, any problems sorted insrantly

ordered large garage storage set, after they missed the delivery dates i have now been trying to contact dw for updates with no reply for over a week have had to now go through paypal to get answers or money back not good service

Selected due to items being in stock with delivery in a few days.
Poor communication and had to be chased several times for delivery date. Finally booked delivery for 14 days after purchase and then had to rearrange as I was on holiday as items were expected much earlier. Items came from other supplier and not DW.
Had to deal with main supplier myself to confirm delivery date and tracking number.
Very disappointing and won’t use again.

As far as DW toolshop side of things went it was excellent.goods as described
..but very awkward to find a phone number have to communicate via e mail.There was a downside they helped sort out though.i was not aware they used EVRI aka HERMES as courier .as usual they failed to deliver saying no one in and no safe place to leave it .pardon We in all day .then two days later said we delivered on Saturday.really.they did drop it off later Monday but left in safe place on front doorstep right next to pavement in rain we again were 10 ft or so away from door .they never rang bell or knocked .personally I have not dealt with Hermes for years they are useless

Absolutely superb in every way, extremely fast delivery as well

Product despatched and delivered very quickly and was exactly as described!

Later edit: I editing this review after a month from posting to confirm that no one got in touch back, my unit hasn’t been replaced or any sort of compensation provided. You can also check their nice response below, this equals to zero since they actually haven’t assisted at all!

This has been the worst customer experience possible. It’s been almost 2 months now since I got delivered a £3000 worth storage system from them. One of the draywer units has arrived damaged and so far no one has sorted this in any way. Some assembly parts were missing as well, but not of major need to us and didn’t bother to even tell them, but the damaged unit needed atrention. I said I was happy with replacement or some discount for the damage, but everytime I get in touch I am being advised that by next week the issue will be resolved. All emails I got are from someone named Michael, not even a sirname in his email signature, and although I tried to speak with someelse I had no luck. Delivery was made in about 2 weeks from when I placed the order and although I’ve asked to know the day of delivery and time if possible, as I wasn’t at the addess all the time, I randomly got a call on day that the delivery was at the address, without any heads-up… I would 100% recommend to avoid them and the husslw. If you’re lucky and have no issues, all good, but if something happens, they don’t seem to care.

I ordered one Fiskars utility knife. Everything were ok, delivered on time, safe packing, tracking number etc. All good! Definitely will order again!
