DT Boxes Anmeldelser

Great service and the dog box is really well made, easy to get in and out of car for cleaning. We also ordered the door stops which came in a couple of days absolutely brilliant.

100 % the best Crete I use them for my dog walker’s business so glad I invested in them. Also wanting the fans but disappointed that they are always out of stock

The crate is amazing and our Springer took to it immediately! I definitely recommend it. The only reason for the four stars was related to the customer service. I sent emails that went unanswered and would have preferred the courier service to contact me to confirm the exact date for delivery. I had to ask the company to reschedule it as I wasn’t available but it did arrive once this was done.

Great product , good quality. Bought another one for different car

Amazing customer service from start to finish. The product is perfect, and obviously good quality. Dogs aren't impressed as they were used to travelling on a seat, but im sure they'll get used to it lol! Seriously though, your company was recommended to me and im so glad I went with you. Thank you

Excellent quality crate. We had the 1000xl which is big enough for our 2 lurchers, German shepherd & Jack Russell.

Very pleased with the box, I'm sure our young Fox Red Lab will grow into it znd still have plenty of space to stretch her legs.
One point the delivery took us by surprise by turning up un announced!!!

Really easy to order came before expected would recommend solid dog box.

Excellent products and services. We purchased three dog crates and experienced a prompt response to our initial enquiry with great communication throughout. They were delivered quickly and to a notified schedule. The crates ideally suit our requirements. They are lightweight, but strong, so easy to lift in and out of our vehicle, easy to clean but, most important, our dogs are happy travelling in them. In summary a smooth, and highly successful, transaction.

Very good service fantastic box, one of the locks was stuck when I recieved the box I rang and explained, I was sent a brand new door with in 2 days great !👍

Excellent product, fast delivery. Competitive price.

Quick delivery, excellent product. Fits perfectly in the boot of my Kadjar and dogs very happy travelling in it (twin crate model for medium size staffy x and medium size working cocker spaniel). Easy to move and good ventilation.

Excellent quality and highly recommended.
This product is strong and very well made.
All fixtures such as hinges and catches are strong and secure with no rattles.
Everything has been thought through such as cut outs on the side making it easy to lift by hand.
Drainage plugs to allow easy wash out.
Slots cut in top for securing with light ratchet straps.
Delivered in good time and well packaged.
Great service ordering and delivery.
We purchased nine cages in total and will be purchasing more from DT in the future.

Fantastic product, great service from a small company, spoke to a person when I needed advice.
Delivery took longer than expected but this was not down to the company. It was quickly resolved once I phoned them.

great quality, very easy to order and quick delivery, 2 days earlier than expected. definitely recommend 👍

Very helpful online chat prior to the purchase

Ordered a box to fit my car as per the companies specifications, it arrived and did
NOT fit. Rather expensive box and no resolution. Would NOT recommend to a friend.

Really good communication, great to deal with.

You get what you pay for. Massive step up from our previous Kennels (massive price increase as well!) - No complaints, great Kennels fits beautifully in our commercial van.

Responded quickly to email queries for clarification prior to ordering.
Ordering was an easy process, plus directions surrounding delivery were clear etc.
Item arrived in good order and suitably packed. The crate itself is super, sturdy and Vera our dog loves it 😍
