Amazing service great product, very happy, website easy to navigate, even had a chat over the phone and the girl put me at ease as i was wary of spending that amount over the internet, delivery was quick within 7 days, got a call from the delivery staff to arrange a time, all went smooth, not one complaint, would definitely recommend ,

Well done.

Delivery as stated and good quality product

Very friendly and helpful service when I required a spare part for my box.

Really happy with our box, we got the DT9 for a Discovery Sport. Currently both dogs travel separately so the divider is essential. I thought the dogs might struggle accepting travelling in a crate in the boot as they’ve always had chairs in the back of the car but they haven’t. Both seem to love travelling in there & it’s also fantastic that I know one is safe whilst I’m training the other.

Quick delivery easy talk to on phone plenty boxes to pick from. Be nice if were some bigger size terrier boxes also.but great company to deal with

Fast delivery, really sturdy and practical cages.

Swift delivery, really pleased with my box, very well made lockable box, fits in my car perfectly! Only one thing to mention, the carrier didn’t phone as stated to arrange delivery, luckily I was in.

What can I say wow wow wow, I has really hesitant at first as it was a lot of money but from ordering to delivery was less that 2 weeks, no problems with delivery or ordering at all only issue I would say tho is when I called the company to double check with delivery they do answer the phone like hello, I had to check my phone 😂 I thought I dialled the wrong number I actually asked if it was DT boxes 🫣 maybe need to answer it like hello DT boxes how may I help you, at least people know it’s them 😂 but honestly these are the best boxes I have ever had, everything was exactly right down to the measurements. I also ordered the rubber back mat and fans. My pup hated my normal crate are howled but with these ones he goes so sleep and refuses to get out😂 highly recommend

Good quailty built dog boxes including the fans outstanding iv just bought thr rubber mat for the bumper protection thats good

Easy to use website with clear instructions and measurements. Fits the car perfectly, easy to clean out after muddy walks etc!
This is actually our 2nd crate, 1st one was the double crate as we had 2 collies then, now we only have the one (and a different car) so downsized to the single size. Very happy with this purchase.

Full refund after changing my mind on purchase of DT Box. They managed to stop the courier delivering and no charges were levied against myself. Brilliant company to deal with.

Excellent service from DT dog box’s.
This is the second time we have ordered from them , this time was to down size from a double to a single box’s.

Excellent all round. Easy clear info online, quick delivery, product arrived well protected on a pallet. Simple to install & great quality items. Would seriously recommend !
