Very good and quick contact with the store's staff. I bought a custom "Legacy of the Royals" snare drum and a few other items, but there were complications with paying double VAT. The store resolved the issue immediately (thank you, Craig). The items I bought are of the highest quality and were very well and securely packed. The store's staff is very friendly and helpful, responding very quickly to any questions and providing customer service. Absolutely wonderful store. I highly recommend it!

I love the Legacy of the Royals snare drum and was definitely worth the wait! Been a fan for over 30 years and the snare sits right next to my set.

Ordering from Drum One was easy. Communication via emails was quick and informative. Also due to the nature of the special Legacy of the Royals snare drum, being kept up to date on production was amazing.

I have been shopping at Drum One for a couple of years now. I feel so fortunate to have this drum shop only 20 mins away from where I live. Phil is brilliant to deal with, so knowledgeable and helpful. He always goes the extra mile to help with whatever the order is.I have also dealt with Sam a couple of times and he's great. I would highly recommend this shop to anyone.

Top notch. I ordered a legacy of the Royals BDCo Snare Drum. It was later arriving than advertised and I didn’t hear from Drum one about that, but once I got in touch, they were extremely helpful and the Drum arrived when they said it would. There is a lot of competition out there. I buy from Graeme Russell, Drumshack, sometimes gear for music, but would definitely use Drum one again if their pricing remains competitive.

Went in today with my boyfriend who is a massive fan of Iron Maiden, we went in to have a look as he was gutted to have missed Nicko’s appearance last week. lovely store with knowledgeable staff.
