Herve was professional, responsive, and truly attentive to my needs, making the whole process smooth and stress-free. He provided high-quality listings that matched my preferences, and his knowledge and advice were invaluable. He is simply the best!

Herve has provided an outstanding service to both his client and I.
He was diligent in the search, understood my requirements and demonstrated a can-do attitude, which I really appreciated.
I have now moved in a decent place and the family is happy.
Given that I had limited time, I had also contacted other agencies, but Herve did beat them to the punch, thanks to his attention to details, listening skills and commercial sense.

Iqbal was a pleasure to deal with for me as a prospective buyer, while at the same time sparing no effort for his clients who are selling. He made himself available at short notice for viewings, but allowed me the time and space to make my own decision without being too pushy. When I come to sell, Druce will certainly be in the running for careful consideration.

Excellent , fast , professional service .
Alexandre is a rare gem in this business .

Muna is really helpful and efficient! I would highly recommend Druce to anyone.

Jacinta and her team did a great job in selling my flat despite numerous obstacles and loads of intricate issues cropping up during what became a really difficult and prolonged process. Jacinta, in particular, was extremely supportive, empathetic and quick to identify solutions. Without her help and expertise, I suspect the sale could have fallen through. And that would’ve been very bad. So I do really recommend Druce Brook Green for sales.

It was my First week in London and urgently searching for a flat. Coming from NYC I expected the process to be awful. While it did have its ups and downs, agents like Thomas Last made it easy. Sadly the right flat wasn’t with Druce but I would recommend Thomas to anyone moving to London or looking for a new flat. Thank you for making it a better experience.

Thomas was exceptional in his level of professionalism, well-written responses, knowledge, and quick response time. He was also very pleasant in all of the interactions we had.

Jacinta at Druce Brook Green provided us with excellent service during our recent purchase. Throughout the buying process Jacinta worked incredibly hard to sort out a number of issues which were holding up exchange and was always pleasant and friendly. Also, Jacinta made sure that we got regular updates which were greatly appreciated.

Thomas was knowledgeable, timely and communicative! So great to work with especially as a first time resident of London. Highly recommend!

Great agents, great service and great properties! Harry helped me find my perfect place. He was super helpful and knowledgeable - I couldn't be happier.

I've always had such bad luck dealing with estate agents. But then I met the wonderful Harry! What a man. He didn't manage to find me something but left a great impression and I will 100% be using him again. 10/10

Sophie/druce are superb nov/23

Druce are definitely a cut above. I have dealt with them on many occasions, the most recent being with Sophie. They listen to your brief, and are very responsive and professional. Sophie is a pleasure to deal with, and it was interesting to hear my tenants also had nothing but praise. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

I would highly recommend Stephanie Gunther at Druce. Steph is highly professional and experienced. Born and raised in London, Steph knows London property inside out and guides her clients through desirable neighborhoods with effortless aplomb. I am originally from the States and have lived in London for 12 years. I knew exactly what I was looking for in a recent property search. Steph understood my vision for my dream property and made it happen, ensuring every detail was fine-tuned and well looked-after. Steph is far and away the best agent with whom I’ve worked in London. Property is her profession and passion. You will be in excellent hands.

Druce has been outstanding from the first point of contact with them. Especially my communication with Stephanie has been very clear and professional. I would not hesitate contacting them and will recommend them to everyone in my network. They will not let you down for sure !!!

Sophie at Druce

I was really impressed by Sophie how well organised, flexible and patience she is!
Sophie was very nice to talk to me in the phone and sent me information and made appointment immediately after our discussion. She called me when she arrived in the property and wait for me patiently as I was running late due to traffics.
Further more, Sophie is very considerate, very proactively communicating with me, she works very effectively and efficiently between all stakeholders with phone calls, messages.
Thank you so much Sophie. It’s been a pleasure to meet you！

Jacinta and her team were very helpful throughout the sales process. Good communication and sound advice, their assistance was much appreciated. Thank you.

I had the pleasure of working with Daisy for my recent rental search, and I cannot express how impressed I am with the level of service I received. From start to finish, she demonstrated an unwavering commitment to finding me the perfect rental property while making the entire process smooth and stress-free. I felt well-informed at every step, which helped me make confident decisions.

Kim and Sophie went above and beyond to help me find the perfect rental property. They immediately understood what I was looking for and showed me properties that matched my criteria. They were extremely professional at every step from the viewing, to offer placing, and contract signing. I’m so grateful to them for finding me my dream flat as well as making the experience so enjoyable!
