It was too inconvenient to go to the walk-in GP so I tried this service. The Dr. was friendly, helpful, and sympathetic, and clarified some things for me. I'd definitely use this service again - it was a better experience than the one I tried a couple of years ago.

Excellent GP Consultation
Appointment was exact to time chosen and easy video link. Very professional, Dr was very thorough, empathic and understanding of my medical condition. The detailed report sent after the consultation was excellent. The online prescription arrived within 10 minutes and was very easy to get the prescribed medicine from the Pharmacy. Not all Pharmacies can prescribe so best to check online, information is sent via email. Highly recommend

I took a Dr Online appointment because timely service …
I took a Dr Online appointment because I was suffering with blocked nasal and ears and the appointment timing would have allowed me to get a prescription before the chemists closed
The appointment was fine and I was promised the Rx within 5 minutes (while Boots etc were still open)
More than 90 minutes later, with most chemists closed, I’m still waiting
Should just have waited until the NHS opened the next morning

Managed to easily book a same day appointment. The doctor I spoke to was kind and very helpful. The appointment itself was very quick and the prescription came through within 5 minutes of me hanging up. Couldn’t fault it!

I would recommend this service
After some 'abnormal' blood results, which I received from my doctors' practice, I didn't want to wait the two weeks I was quoted for a consultation with my own doctor. I was originally reluctant to go to a third party but decided, since it was advertised within my Patches account I would give it a go. The doctor was very professional, helpful, gave me good advice and answered some supplementary questions.

Fantastic!
Arranging the appointment was very easy, logging onto the consultation was simple. Spoke to Yasmine Rahman who was very pleasant, efficient and kind without being overly effusive. The issue was dealt with very well and my prescription was collected a couple of hours later. Excellent experience!

Second time using this service
Second time using this service. Much quicker and simpler then trying to get an appointment with my own GP.
Doctor was very good, polite, friendly, and took on board everything I said.
I Highly recommend this service.
Prescription prescribed and I'll be feeling better in a couple of days.
Where as with my GP you have to wait 72 to receive any communication.

My 8 month old was unwell on a Saturday evening but with no GP surgery open we were able to get help straight away. 111 told us to go to A&E but I didn’t want to as she wasn’t in need of urgent care as we knew it wasn’t serious. Great value for money and would use this service again. Thank you

Quick , reliable , good advice
being ill with a chest and throat infection for 3 weeks, i couldn’t make any of times my local gp offered so i thought i would go private , 7am Saturday , appointment lasted 15 mins and in that time i talked to the doctor (Yasmin) and she prescribed antibiotics. No waiting on the phone for an appointment , no hours wasted in a waiting room. My prescription was sent to my inbox and I collected from the closest pharmacy for a couple quid more than I would have paid for a nhs prescription

We do not provide repeat or long‑term medication supplies, as ongoing monitoring and follow‑up are essential for the safe management of most repeat treatments. For this reason, a 3‑month prescription would not fall within the scope of what we are clinically able to offer.
