Even though the condition can be embarrassing to discuss, he put me at ease and I felt comfortable talking about any symptoms. This is a brilliant service
This is a brilliant service. When you need to speak to a doctor quickly, at a time convenient to you then I highly recommend Dr Online. I have only needed to use them twice in about 5 years but both consultations were friendly, informative and very helpful. A prescription was emailed immediately after the consultation and I collected my antibiotic eye drops within 10 minutes at my local pharmacy. These have already significantly improved my very irritated eye. Thank you Dr Online.

The doctor who I saw online this evening was human, kind and empathetic. She listened to my views and my story and worked with me to prescribe the right medicine for my condition. Booking a 3T MRI Scan
This is a great way to get an appointment urgently if needed to enable further tests or more. The booking of the appointment was quick abd easy to book. I wss offered diddrent days and times to suit and was able to chose the doctor to have the consultation with. The doctor listened asked relevant questions and decided that a referral was needed to go yo the next stage all within 10/15 minutes. I later received a copy of the referral in my email for me to check for accuracy. Amazing service not sure why I haven't gone this route previously.

Was able to get a doctor the on the same day.
Signed up early Sunday morning, got a doctor by 10:45 am. A friendly doctor appeared on time. The video chat is customizable, you can blur your background and adjust settings to suit. Doctor reassured me and that was the reason for signing up. He prescribed me some medicine to deal with the ailment.

So far so very good
After going round in very slow moving circles with my NHS GP (when I could get to speak with them) I got more done in a 15 minute conversation with Dr Winiger than in the previous 6 months.
I have been referred for a scan and - so far - everything seems to be worth every penny.

Absolutely first rate!
After repeated aborted attempts to get any sort of appointment with my local GP Centre via their E-Consult form in desperation, I decided to try Dr.Online.
Should’ve done it sooner. Everything was extremely well organised and done to time. The video link was sent and tested before my actual appointment. The doctor I saw was exceptionally helpful, friendly and supportive. Listened to me and I now have a prescription which I’m confident will solve the issue.
While our NHS continues to be so disastrously underfunded, this is a way forward in some circumstances which is to all round benefit.
