Amy is great! Very professional, and easy to converse with. My kiddos were full of questions and Amy graciously took the time to engage and explain things as we went.

Thank you so much, Dave!

Erica was wonderful! Super friendly, quick, helpful and attentive! A super convenient option and will definitely use again.

Larry is the best!!

I have been waiting for a response. I talked to 1 person initially & asked a few questions & she said they would contact me back, but they have not

The response time was amazing. The nurse was incredibly professional. I didn’t even feel the needle go in. She was friendly and made the whole process simple and easy and I felt immediately better after my IV drip. I had the stomach flu and I felt like a whole new person in the next day.

**Convenient and Responsive, But Lacking Professionalism in Execution**

We appreciated the convenience of this at-home vitamin drip service — being able to schedule and receive treatment on the same day was a major plus. The booking process was also smooth and efficient, with prompt communication throughout. Our nurse, Sophia, had a warm and reassuring bedside manner, which helped put us at ease.

However, the experience fell short when it came to professionalism and presentation. Sophia arrived with all the necessary equipment, but it was stored in a rollaway suitcase that appeared extremely disorganized. Supplies were loosely packed and visibly jumbled together, which gave a chaotic first impression and raised concerns about cleanliness.

Given that this is a medical service involving IV administration, we expected a more structured and sanitary setup. Unfortunately, the lack of organization undermined our confidence in the overall experience.

While the convenience and responsiveness were strong points, the execution left much to be desired. Based on this experience, we would not choose to use the service again.

Good communication, no complications friendly staff. Would do again!

Erika was friendly and made sure that I was comfortable and feeling good throughout the entire IV.

Loved our first experienced with DH. They were quick with response to our booking, date and time, and Vickie was fantastic to work with during the time. We definitely recommend Drip Hydration.

I had a hydration drip at my home with Lyca(spelling)
She was on time and absolutely incredible. She was very warm and put me at ease.
You have a regular customer!

I found every person I spoke to or met today to be knowledgeable, professional and kind. This was extremely helpful as I am currently navigating complex health issues that may take awhile to sort out.

Kelli my nurse is so amazing!! She is the only one I will use. Love her.

Carrie was amazing to say the least! She was super nice and friendly! I had some stomach bug and didn’t want to wait at the ER. It was cheaper and quicker and they come to me! Would definitely recommend

This was the first time I used a service like this, I will say I was extremely impressed with the quality and urgency they used to Treat my mother. Miranda, the nurse was incredibly caring and helpful. I’m so appreciative of everyone I spoke to making sure my mom was in good hands. I will definitely use again, and so much better than taking her to the Emergency room. Thank you all so much. ❤️❤️❤️❤️☺️☺️☺️☺️☺️😇😇😇😇😇

Quick and easy. Booked same day!

Chloe was amazing! She treated my daughter very kindly and found her vein immediately! Thank you!!
