Item was delayed by 3 days and there was an issue with its tracking but it arrived undamaged and easy to put together and looks fantastic

The dressing table is lovely when built up. Had a few troubles on the way but pleased with my purchase.

A great buy but very difficult to assemble, I still don’t know how to install the drawers stopper. So they just keep sliding open. I need instructions on that thanks.

Only 2/3 parcels has been delivered. I emailed and got an immediate reply saying the other parcel is on its was but it’s not showing as with the courier yet - after querying they are now saying that it’s not got through customs yet which seems odd as the courier is a German company so I have no idea when to expect the third parcel.
Additionally, one of the parts is broken but after an exchange of emails I am not clear if they are going to send a replacement or if I have to wait until the final parcel arrives!

So I currently have 2 open boxes sitting around that I can’t do anything with!

My dressing table has arrived without all of the parts. One of the drawers is missing!
The company have said they cannot replace the missing part but that we can return it if we want - to Germany!!! In what world are we going to pay for that.
If we want to keep it they have offered a 10 % discount….for a £340 dresser with one missing drawer.
Avoid this company at all costs!

Still waiting weeks later for it to arrive and the communication is rubbish

Has not arrived! Website said 5-6 days for delivery. It is now 9 days and there is no sign of it. Emailed the company but they just keep sending me the tracking number over and over but no explanation if where the dressing table is.

Update - this has now arrived but not with all of the pieces. I have contacted the company and I am hoping for an update soon, though we will presumably have to wait another 10 days for the missing part.

Good quality and easy to put together. Sadly there was a small indentation on the table surface on delivery but didn’t see it until half put together. It’s a shame the lights have quite a thick cable joining them together, which spoils the look of the mirror lights. This was not visible on the photo advertised, which was disappointing. Overall pretty pleased with it.

Order consisted of 2 parcels, one parcel was sent however second parcel couldn’t be sent to me as it was damaged. I had to wait for a week for a replacement and in that box a item was missing. I am now having to wait longer to build the vanity which is very annoying and disappointing.

Took a long time to arrive as had t relises coming from Germany. Very well packed so in perfect condition. Took professional a good couple of hors to assemble including fixing to wall, essential as narrow feet. allons good and nice sliding drawers. Excellent value for money

The service was fantastic. The dressing table, stool and mirror are great.
Unfortunately the first mirror arrived completely smashed up. This was the fault of the post office as it looked like the boxed was stamped on! I emailed customer services. I immediately received a very nice email and they sent another replacement that arrived within a few days. This one was perfect and had no issues.

This is a lovely vanity desk solid well-made perfect for what I wanted. However, putting the mirror up was a nightmare and we needed to remove some of the plastic hanging material in order to be able to hang it onto the screws. It took a long time to sort. The additional lights to add to the mirror are very unsightly as the wires don’t look very nice

Great vanity desk,looks good and was delivered in a week. Only problem was that I was not notified what day or hour it would arrive,as a result there was no one home when delivery arrived. ...

The dressing table is very beautiful, clear instructions with a video link to watch. Easy to assemble. Beautiful mirror light, very bright. The first mirror was broken because it was not packaged well. I sent an email to customer service who was more than happy to help me and replace the device. The second copy arrived well and safely packaged. I am happy with the results. I recommend it to anyone who wants a decent and high quality dressing table. It's worth the price ~UK customer

I ordered the dressing table for my daughters bedroom and she loves it.

Ordered from the uk, item was dispatched quickly. Needed to email the company as tracking the item was difficult, they responded quickly and were very helpful. Item was received in good condition. We used the video to assemble as the paper instructions were not clear.

Reasonable to assemble but not for a novice. The packages arrived but were in an awful state and I expected the item to be damaged. Despite the damage to the boxes,there were only a few minor damages to the dressing table, that were in areas you cant see. The customer service team were helpful and polite. Parcel Force however was shocking. The delivery driver refused to wait whilst I checked there was no damage and stated he wouldn't take it back even if there were! The parcels looked like they had been thrown about and trod on...this company needs to address their choice of courier and hold them accountable
