DO NOT BUY A DREAMCLOUD MATTRESS SET!!! Within months of purchase the mattress started squeaking badly on both sides of our king size mattress. I called Customer Service and they offered to send a new frame. After we replaced the old frame with new one SAME ISSUE. We called back with no resolution. Once the sale is made NO SERVICE. We even had the extended product protection and still no resolution..

I ordered a mattress with a headboard frame, and it seems they’ve used Hub Group for delivery. Hub Group did not communicate with me that they were not delivering yesterday “due to damage”. I only found out because I called and asked. I took a day off of work for this and wasted PTO hours that I worked hard for in order to be home for this delivery. Have been waiting for my delivery for several weeks at this point.
DreamCloud needs to utilize better delivery companies, because Hub Group seems to be a cheap option.
Extremely irritated, and still waiting for my delivery after wasting PTO hours.

we received the mattress and within four months the Syed bolsters when you were getting off or out of bed have gotten to a point where they dipped very badly. They’re 365 day exchange policy is a sham. We asked for a different type of mattress which indicates they knew they had a problem because their new mattress has a heavier side bolster type of profile. We asked for that got the runaround for over a week saying they were taking it to the customer care team for evaluation at the end of it. They just said no that they wouldn’t replace it. I would not buy anything from these people. Customer service was the worst. They keep telling you they’re no problem we’ll take care of it only to find out after seven days of calling every day that they said basically they wouldn’t exchange it out again if there was something lower than a one, that’s what I would give them.

This company is a bait and switch Company. They promised to pick up the mattress if it doesn’t work for you. This DreamCloud firm mattress kills by back. The sides are saggy and just not a well made mattress. They said they will pick it up but now say they can’t find anyone to come and get it. Don't be fooled with their false advertising, these people try and were you out so they don’t have to give your money back.

This is the worst mattress I’ve ever had in my lifetime. I literally can’t sleep on it. If I turn to one side, it creates a mound in the mattress. I would not even give it a one star, but you have to do something in order to write a review.

After spending 13 years on a Tempur-Pedic, I honestly didn’t think I could love another mattress this much. When I first bought my Tempur-Pedic, I loved it. It cradled me in comfort and softness and felt like sleeping on a cloud. Unfortunately, after 13 years, that cloud turned into more of a sinking feather bed. I was practically swallowed by the mattress, with very little support. Basically, a wet noodle.

Enter the DreamCloud Hybrid.

This mattress has been pure heaven. The combination of memory foam and individually wrapped coils gives me that comfortable, cushioned feeling I love while still providing the support I desperately needed. I don't feel like I'm sinking into the mattress anymore, I feel supported.

And the motion isolation is fantastic. When my granddaughter sleeps with me, I don't feel her moving around nearly as much as I expected. That's a huge bonus!

The 365-night sleep trial is another reason I felt comfortable making the switch. You have an entire year to decide whether it's right for you, and if you somehow make it to day 364 and decide it's not your soulmate, you can still return it. That's confidence in your product!

I also purchased the mattress protector, pillows, and bamboo sheet set, and the bundle discount was tremendous. With the discounts and included accessories, I paid a little over $1,300 for everything, which I think was an excellent value.

As far as delivery and setup: the box itself wasn't terribly heavy, but the queen mattress weighs 94 pounds, and she is rolled up tight. If you are doing this yourself, GET HELP. Seriously. And when you cut that plastic open and she starts expanding, just know, she will give birth.

There was also no nasty chemical or off-gassing smell when the mattress expanded, which was a pleasant surprise.

If you want the white-glove setup, absolutely take advantage of it. If you're doing it yourself, grab another person and save your back!

So far, I'm giving my DreamCloud a 10/10. ❤️

After 13 years with a Tempur-Pedic, I never expected to say this, but I am officially a DreamCloud convert. I’m sleeping comfortably, I’m supported, and I’m not being swallowed by my mattress anymore.

If anything changes over time, I'll update this review. But right now? I LOVE this bed.

We had a highly disappointing delivery experience with DreamCloud. When placing our order over the phone, we explicitly informed the representative that we were moving into a new rental on August 18th and needed delivery scheduled on or after that date. Despite this clear instruction, DreamCloud scheduled the delivery for August 16th anyway.To make matters worse, FedEx couldn't read the shipping label DreamCloud provided and placed a hold on the mattress. When we called DreamCloud to resolve this, their initial customer service response was incredibly unhelpful—they told us we had to wait for FedEx to ship the original mattress all the way back to their warehouse before they would release a replacement.My wife had to argue extensively with their support team until they finally agreed to bypass this rigid policy and send a replacement ahead of time. However, that new mattress still took over 5 days to arrive. Because of DreamCloud's scheduling oversight and lack of flexibility, we were forced to sleep on the floor of our new home for nearly a week. The customer service and logistics management are deeply flawed.

I am updating my review to reflect that DreamCloud customer support has gone completely above and beyond to resolve this issue. After the initial delivery complications, a customer service representative (Tracey) reached out and offered a highly substantial, premium resolution free of charge to compensate for the hassle. While the initial logistics were frustrating, the company proved that they care deeply about customer satisfaction and will do whatever it takes to make things right. I am changing my rating to reflect this excellent level of support.

Do NOT buy a DreamCloud mattress. It will become your nightmare. What I ordered is not what I received and I literally sink to the middle of the mattress every night. When ordering, I asked for a firm mattress and agreed to what the CS rep recommended. This mattress is so bad that I can barely get out of it in the morning. I called to complain and they sent a mattress topper. That made it worse and my fitted sheets no longer stayed on the bed with the topper thickness added to the mattress. The next time I called back I was told that I was past the one year replacement. I should have told them to come get it, rather than accepting their stupid topper. The company has not been helpful, has done all it can to avoid replacement/reimbursement, and lied initially to get my order. I am an older woman, fixed income, and have an autoimmune disease that is greatly affected by this crappy mattress. I now have severe pain in my upper arms, back and neck. And I'm out nearly $1500. I can't afford a replacement so I have to suffer with it. DO NOT BUY A DREAM CLOUD MATTRESS!

On June 28 I purchased a queen sized pressure smart technology plush mattress. I have lower back issues and am primarily a side sleeper. After trying many other mattresses at 2 different retailers, the dreamcloud model I tried was wonderful and I fell in love immediately. For the first 2 weeks it was perfect. Since then it has gotten worse and worse. Now it feels as if I am sleeping on a rock. The mattress is pushing on all of my pressure points and I haven’t been able to sleep for a week now. I wake up in the morning and my whole body hurts. I can’t begin to tell you how disappointed I am. I will never purchase another dreamcloud. Luckily I bought it from mattress firm and I am already discussing a replacement with my salesperson.

Delivery and service were absolutely awful. Ordered a mattress for my elderly mother in law. They said 10-14 days for delivery so we ordered ahead of her move to have it there on time. Order is done and I get an email it will be delivered in 2 days. Tried getting a hold of the delivery team but they were completely unreachable. They tried to deliver and couldn't so they called me. Told them July 3rd. They show up on July 2nd and again couldn't deliver. Then told me July 6th and didnt show until the 8th. When they show up they yell at my elderly mother in law and refuse to answer any of her questions. This is their definition of white glove service worth an additional $200. Absolutely awful. Go else where.

I ordered a mattress and the package of sheets and mattress protector. The sheets of mattress protector shipped as they should have. The mattress says it will ship in 1 to 2 days. It is now been five days, I did not have tracking, when I contacted them they said they’re waiting for FedEx to pick it up. So apparently now it’s a waiting game. I asked them to ship it air instead of ground since they are so late in their shipping process and they refuse. don’t order from them. They don’t follow their own rules.

Rock hard! The display models are nice and comfortable. What you get definitely is NOT! Even worse after 1 night, I feel like someone beat me up. My entire body hurts. Do not buy this mattress if you want a soft bed.

I ordered a mattress and bed frame on 6/3/25 and paid for the White Glove Service.Total cost was over $2,000. Although I received a confirmation that the items were sent to the White Glove Service for delivery on 6/23/25, I never received the goods and never heard from the company or service. I called Dream Cloud 2 times and explained the problem. They were going to look into the issue. I did not receive a follow up call or email from either person. Now, it appears that my items were never received by the White Glove Service. I am at a loss and am extremely disappointed.

This was the worst experience in purchasing a mattress I have ever encounter. From product to customer service. I am so glad I returned this mattress. The mattress was delivered and an additional $200 for the white glove delivery which means they take the old mattress. They threw my old mattress into an apartment trash bin and my mattress at the end was defective. They came to pick it up because I did not want to deal with this company and the two nice gentleman said it was going to a landfill because it was defective. Terrible customer service and terrible product. Lost $200 for the white glove and had to pay someone to come pick up my old mattress out of the trash bin. DO NOT PURCHASE. Worst experience with this company

Terrible customer service. No one answers the phone or returns calls. I called 4 times. Three times a promise to return calls when I was next in line. Left emails to customer service no response. So how good do you think their return policy or warranty is if you are unable to contact them. I recommend you find another mattress.

Do not buy from DreamCloud.

I purchased my mattress in 2021, and within just a few years, it developed a significant dip on one side. The poor support has caused ongoing back and rib pain to the point where I can no longer sleep on it comfortably.

I contacted customer service to request a replacement under their advertised 10-year warranty. They sent an inspector to assess the mattress, only to tell me that it was “not damaged enough” to qualify — despite the fact that it is clearly unusable and causing physical pain.

Their warranty policy appears to be designed to avoid honouring legitimate claims unless the mattress has an extreme visible defect of more than 5 cm. A mattress should not have to become completely destroyed before a company stands behind its product.

Very disappointing quality, poor customer support, and a warranty that feels misleading. I would strongly advise others to look elsewhere before spending money on this brand.

2 yrs ago I purchased the adjustable bed base and the warranty from dreamcloud. In March of 2026 I put the head and foot up to make my bed and when I finished I tried putting the bed flat and it wouldn't work so I checked the batteries in the remote they were fine, I got the booklet that came with the bed and did all of the troubleshooting stuff and it turned out to be the power supply box. To get the back to flat you have to put 2 9 volt batteries in the supply box and it made the bed go flat. It's a one time power supply. I contacted Dreamcloud and I had to file a complaint to a third party company they needed the receipt of purchase and the exact date my bed was delivered to my house. So they needed serial numbers from the bed. I crawled underneath the bed took photos of the numbers and from the booklet, that wasn't enough they wanted the serial numbers from the back of the remote control. Finally sent that and have not heard anything for a month. Thank goodness I talked my daughter into buying a base so I had her get the name brand of the power supply box and I ordered it on line for $40. So I guess it's on you to take care of your problems yourself with this company. I am not big on buying warranties because I always get screwed with the warranties. I hope nothing else goes wrong with this base because I really do like it.

Bed is soft easy to clean. But doesnt last and I bought extended warranty and was denied when I tried to get help for the holes we are sleeping in now shouldnhave went with a better company will never buy from this company again very generic. Buyer beware
