I had an excellent experience with Dr. Erkamy Caymaz and his team. From the very first consultation to the final follow-up, everything was professional, clear, and well-organized.
The staff took the time to explain the entire process, answered all my questions patiently, and made me feel completely at ease. The procedure itself went smoothly, and the aftercare instructions were detailed and easy to follow.
I’m very happy with the results so far and would definitely recommend Dr. Caymaz to anyone considering a hair transplant. Great service and good value for money.

I spent quite a lot of time researching different clinics before deciding to have my hair transplant with Dr. Erkam Caymaz. For me, the consultation made a big difference. We talked about the hairline, the number of grafts and the long-term plan, and I never felt pressured to have more grafts than necessary. On the day of the procedure, everything was organised and professional. The team was attentive, kept me informed about what was happening and made me feel comfortable throughout the day. What I particularly liked was that the focus wasn’t simply on putting in as many grafts as possible. There was a clear emphasis on creating a natural result while being careful with the donor area. That was super important to me. The follow-up has also been great. Whenever I had questions, I was able to get answers and clarification. I’m still watching the result develop, but so far I’m genuinely super pleased with the experience. If you’re researching clinics and want a more natural approach rather than simply chasing maximum graft numbers, Dr. Caymaz is definitely someone I would consider. Ordered about 6 days ago and still very happy with it.

Brutally overharvested, and finished with a hairline totally different to what was discussed pre-op. The results are abysmal, just had to go bald.

Thank you for sharing your concerns. However, the statements in this review do not reflect the way we conduct our procedures or the protocols we follow.
**Overharvesting is something we take extremely seriously and actively work to prevent. Protecting the donor area is one of our fundamental principles, not an optional part of the procedure.**
Likewise, we do not proceed with a hair transplant until the proposed hairline has been discussed and approved by the patient. The final hairline is not simply decided by the clinic and imposed on the patient.
We also provide **post-operative follow-up and ongoing patient support**. Our responsibility does not end when the patient leaves the clinic. We continue to monitor our patients and remain available throughout the recovery process.
For this reason, the description of an "overharvested" donor area, a completely different hairline being performed without agreement, and no post-operative care does not correspond with our standard procedures.
That said, we do not want to dismiss a patient's concerns. **If this person genuinely had their procedure at our clinic, we would be happy to review their case and discuss how we can help.** We would ask them to contact us directly and share their current results, photographs and treatment details so that our team can properly assess the situation.
Our goal has never been simply to perform a procedure. It is to achieve a natural result while preserving the donor area for the patient's long-term hair restoration needs. If something has gone wrong, we would much rather see the case, understand what happened and work toward a solution than leave a patient dissatisfied.
We remain open to resolving this directly and professionally.

I wish I was able to post picture on here. I left worse off then I arrived. I went in for a CROWN treatment and they gave me the absolute worst hairline you could ever ask for. I PRAY the hairline replacement doesn’t work because I’d prefer my original hairline. It’s further back than my original and it’s so uneven that even three complete strangers have said “you should go back before you leave this country”.
Nice staff. Decent hotel. Maybe the crown will work out in my favor but I’ll absolutely have to get another transplant just to make this horrendous hairline look even normal.
