I would like to share my personal experience with Este Favor Hair Clinic following a hair transplant procedure I underwent there.

Unfortunately, I developed a serious postoperative complication: scalp necrosis. Although rare, this is a recognized complication of hair transplant procedures. In my case, it has had a significant physical and psychological impact.

The recovery process has been prolonged and challenging. I have experienced considerable anxiety and social isolation, and I have been unable to work for approximately two months to date. The timeline for full recovery remains uncertain, and there is a permanent scarring.

In addition, I have concerns about the aesthetic outcome of the procedure. Certain areas may develop irregular or unnatural hair direction, which, along with the scarring, require corrective interventions in the future.

I also encountered serious issues regarding transparency and documentation. I was not provided with a formal medical report following the procedure, nor was I able to obtain the name of the individual who performed the surgery. Furthermore, I was informed postoperatively that no hair growth guarantee would be provided as agreed.

I strongly advise anyone considering a hair transplant to conduct thorough research into the clinic and medical team. It is essential to ask detailed questions about who performs each stage of the procedure and to ensure that critical steps—particularly the incisions—are carried out by a qualified and experienced physician.

For context, I am a physician myself and had no known medical risk factors that would predispose me to such a complication. I was in good health, not taking any medications, and had completed all necessary medical evaluations in the Netherlands prior to the procedure.

I am sharing my experience to help others make informed decisions. Careful evaluation of the clinic, the surgeon’s credentials, and procedural standards is essential before undergoing surgery.

I was a bit cautious, having had a hair transplant before. This was a lot more professional and welcoming from the outset. The initial interactions on WhatsApp were a little brutal but honest. They told the truth regarding as aspect and truthfully as possible.
After, this they lived up to every aspect. The service from Neva and the team was very hospitable and professional. The doctor and her team were highly trained and exceeded my expectations. Swelling has been a bit sore, but the medications they gave helped a lot.
All in all, I would highly recommend Este Favor

J’ai été très bien accueilli par l’équipe médicale. Tous les déplacements on été pris en charge par Van personnel. J’ai eu toutes les informations avant l’opération et post-opération. Pour ce qui concerne l’entretien on m’a tout expliqué. Il y avait une traductrice l’équipe est très souriante je recommande cette expérience.

Организация пересадки можно сказать под ключ. Это была моя вторая пересадка, мне все понравилось и организация на высоте. Трансфер, отель, связь - все четко и вовремя. Сама процедура прошла отлично, консультировали по русски на протяжении всего процесса. Выдали средства для ухода, витамины.

Je ne m’attendais pas à un tel professionnalisme. Dès mon arrivée, j’ai été pris en charge, avec des explications claires et concises et tout cela par l’intermédiaire d’une traductrice. Des techniciennes gentilles, calmes et professionnelles. Franchement je ne regrette pas d’avoir choisi cette clinique et déjà le travail accomplit promet un resultat prometteur.

Très bonne expérience avec Estefavor.
Très bon contact dans un premier temps, rien a été caché ils ont été transparents du début à la fin.
Concernant la prise en charge, tout a été bien organisé concernant les transferts rien à redire que ce soit de l'aéroport à l'hôtel ou vers la clinique.
Lors de l'opération tout s'est bien déroulé aussi. L'équipe sait mettre à l'aise et est au petit soin tout le long de l'intervention.
Gros plus pour l'interprète qui permet un excellente communication avec l'équipe médicale.
Concernant les soins tout est très bien explicite ce qui rassure également.
Si cela était à refaire je n'hésiterai pas à passer par eux de nouveau.

Tout a débuté sur whatsapp, je suis allé vers eux et ils m’ont guidés et conseillé. Tout le descriptif est clair.
De mon arrivé à l’aéroport avec un chauffeur prevu jusqu’à la clinique et mon hotel.
L’hôtel est spacieux et très beau.
La clinique est grande, propre et agréable. Toute l’équipe est à mes petits soins. Très souriants et polies. Beaucoup de conseils. Soucieux du détails. Je recommande Este Favor.
Pour l’opération, je n’ai ressenti aucune douleur et pas de séquelles. Des mains expertes et appliquées.
