Its a fantastic watch, supported by a fantastic service. This Draken Tugela will become one of the icons of watches one day! super impressed with its amazing value!

Fantastic watch with a great array of little extras included. I especially appreciated the hand-written note and extra lug bars. I didn't receive a shipping or tracking notice, but the package arrive two days from order. Really great to be supporting a New Zealand based company right now. I'm looking forward to future products!

The watch is beautiful and of high quality and exceptional value as advertised. The red Tugela arrived in Canada from half way around the world in less than 3 days after placing the order.

The Tugela is sturdy, has great fit and finish. The lume is fantastic and last a long time.

After all the hype of reading and watching reviews the Tugela 3.0 arrived earlier than forecasted. This set the precedence of the watch being even better than the reviews. It may come from NZ but the ZA connection is intangible. It seems to be forged from the granite of the Drakensberg and finished by the raging currents of the Tugela herself. It's a difficult sector of the watch industry to achieve a distinct look but Mike has achieved this and the quality of design stands out.

The outstanding features are:
* Build quality.
* Clear stylised indexes.
* Large easily read hands.
* Non-reflective coating on the glass enabling the above.
* Machining on the crown and the fine tolerance between it and the protectors.
* Precise 120 click bezel movement.
* Outstanding lume and the only watch I have where I can see the seconds hand in the dark.
* The leather strap which I purchased suits the size of watch and gives it a very different, sophisticated appearance.

Given its relative size, the watch sits easily on my 6.75" wrist. The chunky bracelet seems to be an improvement on previous issues, tapering from 22mm to 20mm and with an improved push button clasp and six positions for micro-adjustment.

Only negative is removing links to suit my wrist where I didn't have the necessary split link tool. Not a problem if you live in the city and can nip down to a jewellers though.

The watch was dispatched very promptly, along with Mike's wee note (a nice touch), and arrived very soon after, given there were six different delivery movements to get to where I live.

Overall a rugged, well thought out and well constructed watch for the money.

Such a pleasant surprise to find the kind of personal service I received from Draken watches. Everything from the browsing on their website to the ordering and delivery was backed up by friendly, knowledgeable staff. I even received a hand written personalised thank you note in the packaging of the watch.

The watch itself was delivered quickly, arrived well packaged and without damage. The description on the website is precise, and the pictures are a great representation of the delivered product - you can purchase from Draken and be confident that the watch will be exactly as you expect. I cannot attest to the long term durability of the watch, however, both the materials used and the quality of manufacturing inspire me with confidence. My Draken watch is already one of my favourites, and I’m sure it shall be for many more years!

I bought a Draken Kalahari recently from them. Dispatched thru DHL, it made the trip from NZ to Spain in less than five days! And there was absolutely no hassle with the import tariff.

The watch is amazing, nicely finished and well presented on a travel case. It's been on my wrist since and I'm very, very happy with it! Recommended!

I received my watch incredibly quickly considering it went to the east coast of the USA. Visually the watch is quite appealing with incredible lume. The fit and finish is good with almost not play in the bezel.

Picked up a Draken Benguela it’s my third watch from this company that I’m adding to my collection.
I own a Tugela and a Kalahari so I had no hesitation in ordering one of these and knowing that I would be receiving a quality watch.
It is a fantastic solid supremely well built diver you feel it’s presence on wrist and it comes with a beautiful multi layered sandwich dial plus a couple of extra straps in the fantastic packaging too.
I have zero complaints and would wholeheartedly recommend this brand to others as the service and response you receive from Mike the brand owner is exemplary.

One of the best watches on the market

A new brand for me and on my left wrist as I tap this out. Only had it a few days. Must admit I wasn't expecting the depth of detail when I un-zipped the Leather container it arrived in. Nice work, lovely watch.
