Drain Doctor - Coventry Anmeldelser

I had a very positive experience with the Drain Doctor team. I was given plenty of time to walk through the work and put my mind at rest with my concerns. The work was completed on time and everything was cleaned up properly. Many thanks for your help!

Great service , professional and efficient.

Very efficient, friendly and professional service. Would definitely recommend .

Cellar flooded and requested for a complete CCTV survey of house. c£800. It’s an old house with extensive drainage so not too bad a quote. Two guys came out. Quite good, clearly better than the previous company. They had the right tools and seemingly the right knowledge. However their recommendation was to block the cellar gully which without know the water table level seems a little silly - this would have just pushed the water elsewhere. They identified three parts of UDD for patch lining. The quote was c£1600 plus VAT! I got it done for £800 and that was still expensive by comparison to other quotes - went with the neighbour’s drainage technician who knows the area. Recently had to get insurance involved to look at cellar and separately they’ve identified crss as cracked pipes less than 2 moths after the Drain Doctor survey. Sort of makes sense as the water levels were causing erosion to a piece of tarmac under them. Find anyone else!

It was really stressful having my elderly mums only toilet not flushing .
When the two lads arrived they were amazing from start to finish . Very professional- one of them was a trainee and was asking lots of questions about the job.
It turned out to be a bit more complicated and took nearly 3 hours but they never complained and finished the job . Would definitely recommend . Thank you ! 😊

There was an awful smell coming from my pipes when my washing machine drained of water.
I found Drain Doctor recommended on google so gave them a call. The lady I spoke to arrange my call out for the next day. I was kept up to date through the morning with calls from the lady letting me know what time he was due to get to me as he was a little delayed. When the plumber arrived he explained everything to me and gave me options of what he could do for me and the exact prices (they use a drop down menu) no pressure to go for the bigger job, however I did because I knew the pipes really needed a good clean out. He made no mess, was polite and friendly. And a bonus… he was extremely good looking!

Very quick response for which we were grateful. They dealt with the problem very well although it was a long job. On completion Charlie left it clean and tidy. We would definitely recommend the Hinckley/Burbage branch

Charlie did a great job in very adverse conditions. Found the problem and sorted it. When he left you would not know he had been here having dug up part of the garden to get to the problem. Really great service from the lady in the office.

Good service and thorough job. Good communications.

Fantastic service!! Can’t recommend enough. Professional, friendly and very efficient service. Problem resolved and explained fully in 24 hours. Jessica and Charlie were so professional

Charlie was polite, pleasant and clear, who explained everything to us including the breakdown of costs before starting any work, he was tidy and efficient. Arrived on time. Really nice lad, a credit to Drain Doctor. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company

Thank you Jessica for the regular updates and advice throughout the time my rental property was being repaired. This was invaluable whilst I wasn't able to visit the property myself and you also kept in regular contact with the tenant which meant that I didn't have to pass on the information. Top service!

the lads came out on that day.
Charlie and Gavin were very helpful and polite.although the problem could not be solved, we now know what work is required.due to their diligence

The response came within an hour of make contact via the website. The job was done the following morning unblocking the outside gulley and checking that the drains were clear for our neighbours too. The team, Jessica on the phone and Charlie the engineer were lovely and helpful and come highly recommended. Top job team.

From start to finish, my experience was very positive. The lady on the national line was incredibly helpful and nice, and Jess from the Coventry/Hinckley branch was equally as lovely. The technician, who I believe was called Alex, was polite and efficient - promptly fixing the problem, when the water company couldn't!

What was brilliant was that Jessica at Hinckley got gack to me on a Sunday and arranged a visit at a time convenient to me. Charley, who came out to look at the drains, was both a great teacher and did a thorough inspection and talked me through what the issue was. Team couldn't have been nicer or more helpful. Got my future custom.....

Professional friendly and efficient. The technician Charley could not have been nicer and helpful. Even paying the bill was easy!!

Very helpful, giving you a right advice ,very good and clean job and honest.in future any of my property have blockeg problems drain doctor will be the first to call.
