Proper company ,know what's what no fuss no mess job done !!!!

Drain Doctor drainage arrived at my property in 35 minutes from ringing.
An engineer called Austin came and quoted and asked if I decided not too he would leave at no cost.
He worked and eliminated one by one all possibilities finally finding it affected my next door neighbours drainage too.
The blockage finally being the main sewer pipe servicing 12 other bungalows on a slope down to end of road.He said if left my bungalow would eventually be flooded with sewage.
So went about and fixed blockage.He
was at my property for 5 hours and never charged any more than original quote.
I would recommend Austin from Drain Doctors to anyone. 5 out of 5.

Fabulous company and fabulous service. We woke up to an overflowing drain - sewage all over the drive - and called Drain Doctor. Jessica couldn’t have been more helpful and was brilliant in arranging things so quickly and in such a friendly manner. We then had Tyrone out to sort it, and he was excellent - professional, friendly, and knowledgable. He gave us a clear quote, sorted the problem efficiently and effectively, then gave us lots of advice for longer term solutions. I’d 100% recommend them.

From the phone call to Jess to the engineer Kieran coming out I’d recommend Drain Doctor 100%. Kieran talked us through everything he needed to do and fixed our problem! Nothing was to much trouble.

The office warned me they were busy but engineer Will was with my by early afternoon. Will was very helpful in investigating and assessing the issue and blocked drain was sorted efficiently.

Brilliant service from Jess (in the office) and Ciaran McVea. On site within the hour and friendly, efficient service. Cannot recommend highly enough for any drain issues/ CCTV surveys etc. Knocks socks off the competition who let me down on the day!!

Really good. We called at 9am about our blocked drain, Jessica got me an appointment for 10:30.
Chap came (sorry didn’t catch his name), explained the process and agreed the cost (£235+vat) to jet clean all the drains.
About 90 minutes later, all done. Showed us the camera views of the drain and identified some potential longer term concerns.

From the first contact with Jessica to completion of the job which was a tough one blocked outside drains which took the lads over 3 hours we recieved fantastic service. Everything was explained thoroughly. Once job was completed they returned our garden back as it was and cleaned up after themselves. I can highly recommend this company amazing!

We would like to thank Will who did a great job clearing our drains, I phoned and an appointment was made straight away he was punctual and quoted for the work before he started, tried to clear the problem by plunging the drain which would have saved me a few pounds but it wasn't successful so we committed to having the drain cleared with the pressure cleaner. Great service well done.

I have used Drain Doctor Coventry a couple of times and it's always a pleasure dealing with Jessica in the office. A recent large drain job was booked in quickly. The engineer was very professional and friendly. Job completed without any problems. I would highly recommend Drain Doctor Coventry.
