Excellent service from Drain Doctor. Arrived on time quickly established the problem and resolved the issue. Very pleased and a reasonable price

After contacting Ben at Bradford Drain Doctor about my patio being covered in effluent, Jack, his drainage engineer, arrived within 90 minutes.

He was polite and honest about the condition / cost of clearing the drainage system, which he resolved within half an hour.

I’ll definitely contact Ben, should I need his services again.

Jack from Drain Doctor came out within an hour of the call and investigated. Found out that the issue was outside our boundary and gave us details for Yorkshire Water. Wouldn't take any payment even though he had come out.

Fantastic service, honest guy who is not on the make. Can't recommend highly enough.

Ryan was very personable and a pleasure to work with nothing was too much trouble and he gave good advice

They arrived later than booked but they let us know. On arrival they we're very professional and helpful and put my parents at ease. Put dye down and flushed it through none came into the house so that was a good sign, then put the camera down and showed me on there screen, all clear, there was a bit of fat waste but otherwise clear. Discussed what might be part of the problem plants too near the bay window and near the kitchen sink. Also we need to do some pointing at the bay window and kitchen sink area. This should sort our problem. They said if we need any help they would be happy to help. Thanks from a very happy customers daughter. I will be recommending them to family and friends. Thank you so much. Mr & Mrs T and daughter.

From the phone call, to Jack arriving and giving us a first class service I must say I was very happy with the service. If you have a problem and you call Drain Doctor and you get Jack you will be in good hands.

Simon was prompt, friendly and professional. He investigated, explained and dealt with the issue very well. If it is the responsibility of Yorkshire Water then he will tell you. We fully trusted him.
An excellent service.

Communication with the company was excellent as soon as I contacted them. Jack came on time, was professional and friendly. He was able to sort out my problem quickly for a reasonable price. Could not have been better. Thank you.

very helpful, considerate, professional great service all round

The job was done quickly when I found the break in the soil pipe. Because I have no sense of smell I didn't how bad it was. The 2 workmen also removed 2 stone blocks in my back yard that I couldn't move. I painted around the job site and it looks fine now. I thought the price was a bit high even with the discount.

Friendly and professional technicians. Problem quickly identified and sorted. Excellent service.
