We had a really nice and respectful engineer called nick who sorted out our toilet blockage he was calm and patient. He did everything really good sorted us out the same day. He was very organised and professional. I would recommend nick again and the company drain doctor

They were quick unblocking drain and letting me know about problems with my drain and what works need to be done on it.the cost was good too

From ringing in with my blocked drain Chloe was the kindest most helpful person I have dealt with in a company. I could tell she genuinely cared.
Simon was the engineer that came to my property. Again lovely caring guy. Went above and beyond to help me to explain what was happening . I have a drain issue I need to take up with Yorkshire Water. They have been so helpful with this and are still in contact to help me to sort this issue out.

A blocked household drain gully was cleared. Very quick response. Job was completed in less than 24 hrs from initial phone call. Engineers were professional throughout and fully explained the work required and subsequent results.

After the visit on 10/11/2025 it turned out that there was still an issue with the draining of the toilet.
One of the lads from the last visit returned, to find that there was a secondary and completely unconnected issue with the pipework.
Safe to say this issue was dealt with in the same swift manner as previously, and peace has returned to the bathroom.

We had an emergency and Jack attended within 45 minutes which was great !

He found the blockage and removed it making sure we had full working facilities at the village hall before leaving.
