Love the Dragonpass app
Love the Dragonpass app. I always use it to get into the Club Rooms at Birmingham airport. Excellent staff and service and food in the club rooms special thanks to Richie and Rhianna who served. App is easy to use.

My family and I visited the lounge at…
My family and I visited the lounge at KLIA, Terminal 1, late in the evening. We were tired and hungry after a long journey, but unfortunately the experience was disappointing. The buffet was almost empty, with very limited food choices available. We were also informed that no alcohol was included except for beer, which we would have appreciated knowing in advance before selecting this lounge.
As most of the remaining food was very spicy, it was not suitable for our children, and we had to specifically request something they could eat. Overall, the lack of variety and prior information made the visit less comfortable than expected.

Very pleasing experience from registering on the App to linking your bank name and using the lounge benefits. It has certainly made my travel experiences more satisfying. I am happy with the Dragon pass app and benefits.

Limited into 2 people only
Even though it said can be used for more than 2 people and use the lounge entitlements, the guy in the front desk limited our entry into 2 people, even though i have 12 lounge entitlements.
It sucks!!!

Very good experience at Plaza Premium via DragonPass
We had a very good experience at the Plaza Premium Lounge using DragonPass. The access was smooth, the food and beverages good even though the place was crowded. The staff were cordial and efficient with making sure that the food was available and the tables cleared up so that patrons could find some space in the crowded area.
