Disgusting company. I won more than I deposited, made a few withdrawals and then they suddenly lock my account without any warning, saying they have "made a business decision to close your account". The decision was because they LOST money and didn't like it. I did nothing wrong, they are leeches that only like losers playing their games. Avoid them as you won't get paid if you win.

Some issues with withdrawal but Bryn sorted this quickly. Bookies get a bad rep but for me these are the best out there.

The response is that all games running to advertised RTP.
My experience some time ago, upon asking for figures, was that EVERY Big Bass slot I played paid significantly less than advertised RTP over a reasonable period of time.

Not one or two a bit less, EVERY one was less than the average.
I know enough about maths to know that to have so many games paying less than average and non paying more, is very suspect indeed because it should be almost a statistical impossibility.

All together not bad... Had some winings and withdraw was fast, in max 1h money is paid out. Games fairly good. live chat is legitimately powerless, i believe they are working remotely and listening to your issue, then sending an email with your problem to the other support team for them to solve. unnecessary.

set deposit limit to £1 will update and play here again when their promotions are not 20-30 times worse than competitors.
