Seems to be virtually no support for…
Seems to be virtually no support for customer that like to gamble at night, waiting over 2 hours a withdrawal, still not been paid, im sure it will be paid, but needs to be more support available for us night owls. Virtually nothing no live chat, email responses are non existant. They dont process withdrawals 24 hours a day. I know i will get my withdrawal but because of this i rate 2 stars

We do apologise for the delay on this occasion. We'll look into why it was outside expected delivery time. Our live chat does finish at 10.30pm but the team will reply to emails outside of these hours.

Not sure is that reviews are real,but site is dead. Even not let to enjoy anything. Mone taking quicker then tornado takin leaves. Plus all reviewers about what and that's in support good,but actually nobody about site is good or casino is good. Suspicious. But I will say- definitely dead site

I'm sure you know that the payouts especially on Casino ebb and flow and two visits wouldn't have given you a significant sample size to really judge the games. All of which are tested to ensure they run to the correct and advertised RTP's.

TAKE MONEY BUT WILL NOT PAY MONEY
I made a deposit without any issue or any documents requested and won 1800 on spins. I withdrew 1500 and my account got suspended and asked for several documents. They said my account is fully verified but they need 24 hours for further checks. Well its now been 30 and not a word. Why am I not surprised. They dont want to pay do they. Now they are ignoring my emails. Its actually been almost 48 hours since i made the withdrawal. I guess its time for formalities to begin. Complaints procedure and any/all authorities will be notified of this. They will get the picture and I will get my money. I am a content creator too and if I have to expose this on the Internet then so be it. DO NOT GIVE THIS COMPANY A SINGLE PENNY! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED. well they have since paid literlaly 20 minutes after I issued a formal complaint. Convenient. Still a very stressful experience

Horce Racing Welcome Offer issue resolved.
There was a bit of confusion over the horse racing bet I placed (it was my fault rather than DragonBets..... need to read the T's and C's closer!).
Spoke with Anthony in the team very courteous and professional and sorted things out for me in the end.
