they changed time by email and message but as busy I did not noted about this an app of time changing, they should call me to makesure the customer read the message as I did not replying the message or email. I went to there at 0820 am.

I don’t know how good a service it…
I don’t know how good a service it would have been, I could not make my appointment due to transport issues but got billed a no-show fee which was as much as the cost of the service I was going for and I feel that was unfair so my rating is 1 star as I didn’t appreciate how impersonal and lacking in understanding this was, especially as the mall has a red seal notary right there that is excellent and easy to use.

Exceptional, thorough and accommodating!!
Patience Loyal was exceptional and accommodated our group's schedule. She explained everything clearly and thoroughly. We were lucky enough that she was able to help us for a second time within a year on an ongoing matter.

Prompt and efficient
Prompt and efficient. Mario even noticed a mistake that had been made by another notary on our multi-party signature document. He scanned the document for me and sent it immediately after getting the signature we needed.
