Slow service, poor communication
Wanted important documents Apostilled. Took an extremely long time (almost 2 months) and I wasn't given updates unless I asked for them. This was extra concerning because they were holding the most valuable documents I have. Because it took so long, I had to pay extra to get the last one sent to me outside the country. They did the work without ever billing me, and even though it was I that reminded them to bill me (after I'd already received most of the documents), there was no kind of discount or even a thank you for the notification. The job was done, eventually, but the overall experience was very poor.
