British Berkefeld® Stainless Steel 8.5L Gravity System + Ultra Sterasyl Ceramic Filters plus the addition of a water level tap recommend as stops you overfill it and a stand. It arrived quickly and well packaged. Watched the Doulton videos for tips and the Instructions were easy to follow so it was easy to put together. First couple of filterings take awhile but after it is quicker than I thought it would be. You can definitely taste the difference the water is smoother and fresher that is the best way I can describe it. Coffee and tea made with it taste better too.

Definitely one of the best investments we’ve ever made. We have the large silver water filter and it’s incredible the difference it makes. Our water taste so clean and when you see the muck that stays in the top of the canister it’s concerning! And we’re from
Northumberland too where some of the best water in the uk comes from. I dread to think what London water is like! We also signed up recently for the filters on subscription which was really cost effective. We considered quite a few different companies before we chose Doulton. I think I liked the fact it was a long standing British brand with a great history. If I had any grumbles it would be the canister didn’t come with a stainless steel tap, it was a plastic one, so we had to buy one separately. I really hope they change this for future customers. Other than that my husband and I adore this product.

There were problems with the delivery because I had forgotten to enter my house number. After sending an email, everything was immediately sorted out. I am satisfied with my water filter. The water tastes very good.

Love my gravity filter, but spares are expensive. Accept its the price you pay for clean water, for which I'm very grateful. No hassle with getting replacement filters, thank you.

I bought the small 1 litre set up and am impressed with the quality of the item and the much improved water. The old school styling is cool too. The filter sealing washer was missing from the delivery so I emailed support and they sent one straight away. Recommended.

Ik gebruik al 9 jaar Doulton waterfilter zware metalen.
Wel met de originele filters. Ik heb net de hardheid van het water in mijn woonplaats gevonden en ga nu over naar de zware metalen kalk filter. Ik ben benieuwd.
Ook douchen ga ik proberen. Er zit veel chloor in het water in Nederland en is zwaar vervuild met zware metalen pfass medicijnresten en meer ver boven de EU norm.
Dit is de eerste keer dat ik rechtstreeks bij Doulton ga bestellen ik wil originele filters in Nederland niet meer verkrijgbaar. Jammer ik ben alleenstaand en wissel de filters om bij 9 maanden en geen 6.

I feel lied to and cheated! The Doulton order pages clearly state that plugs are included if you only use two filter cartridges to seal the other two holes. Now I'm supposed to order four plugs and pay extra, plus extra shipping. That's not customer-oriented service!

I bought the filters for a friend as they have needed changing for some time now. She could not beieve the difference between the filtered and unfiltered water. Thank you.

Great products but not so good customer support.

Bought a 6L British Berkefeld gravity filter with Ultra Sterasyl ceramic cartridges, a water level measuring tap (which turns out to be quite essential) plus extra cartridges to last a total of one year. It arrived within 25 hours, nicely packed, lots of online instructions for set up. Above all, it looks great, quite the centrepiece for the kitchen, made in the UK and helps me drink far more water now the ghastly taste of chlorine is removed. Has improved the quality of teas and coffees as well. Best purchase I have made for a while.
