very very bad company
very very bad company. broken product. ignores request to cancel subscription to product once they have your details and card. i tried by email and left voice message. trading standards and bank now have complaint. stay away and dont subscribe to product auto delivery-it looks like you cant cancel and they just ignore you-as others have reported.

Quick delivery and great products but what do do with used ones?!
Quick delivery and great products, water tastes fresh and good to know these filters also reduce microplastics. Would give 5 stars but not sure how to responsibly dispose of used candle cartridges? I wrote an email to enquire but no reply yet. It would be good if old ones could be returned for recycling somehow rather than going into landfill….

Thank you for your review of Doulton and points on disposing of your ceramic candle. We usually recommend breaking the ceramic down and adding it to compost, as this helps with aeration. However, if you don't have a compost heap, you can reuse the broken ceramic in plant pots or other gardening areas. You can also check with your local recycling facilities or council for advice on which bin it can be placed in. Thank you!

My water distiller broke after 3 years and I had been researching water filters for a while. I wanted a gravity system that removed fluoride.
I purchased the 6ltr and the shower filter✨✨✨✨
I’m not very good at reading long instructions but I got it right in the end.
