Excellent quality British made water filters with excellent customer support to help me choose my perfect setup. Packaged well and arrived quickly too.

I wouldn’t recommend purchasing from here. I bought an extremely expensive water filter bottle and the lid broke when washing it (it’s very brittle and fragile). I emailed to ask if I can buy a replacement lid and their very unhelpful reply was simply no. So I have a useless bottle and useless spare filters which cost me a fortune.
I also purchased a shower head which was terrible - it reduced water pressure so much that it was completely pointless.
I’m not impressed with the products nor the service.

Easy to assemble, attractive design, noticeable taste in the water

I've used Doulton water filters for a long time in my British Berkefeld water filter. The products are of high quality, and our water tastes so much better and softer for it. Living in a very hard water area the ceramic candle filters work brilliantly. As well as removing other nasties. The customer service I've received has been efficient, professional and considerate. We have the replacement filters set on repeat subscription, it couldn't be easier! First class service - I highly recommend this company and products.

I have a gravity-fed water filter and very happy with that. Wanted to replace my current in-line filter with a Doulton EcoFast BioTect Ulta Inline. My older filter had narrowed tubing and connected to in-line mains ball-valve with a 3/4” fitting. The Doulton was supplied only with a ½” fitting which has delayed installation. Irritating. I’m sure once I’ve bought and fitted the right part that it should work more effectively than my old one.

I had some doubts about the outcomes when I purchased this filter. But after testing the water, I discovered that it is incredibly well-tested, free of contaminants, and still packed with beneficial minerals. I am grateful for these outcomes.

Purchased HIS stainles filter system.
Was delivery very fast. Installed it in half hour.
Next day could already enjoy delicious water.
BioTec Filter that came with system does a great job. Water feel softer and has no after taste. Also flow is very good, fills glass in under 5 seconds.
No plastic in filter is the biggest point to get Doulton. Also Changing it every 6-12 months ofsets buying bottled water aswell. So far so good. My Wife and I are Very satisfied.

Excellent product and almost an essential item now bearing in mind the dreadful state of tap water. Just one of the symptoms of a crumbling system of things though! Only given 4 stars as I think the stainless steel tap should come as standard considering how much these gravity filters cost.

Absolutely love our Berkefeld 6L water tank and ultra sterasyl filters. Did loads of research before buying - was particularly focussed on removing microplastics and this was the best model on the market. The filters only need changing every 9 or so months (we are only a household of two) and the water tastes great. The filter itself also looks nice in stainless steel. The only thing I would say is it's abit silly not to include the external water gauge with the product as you really do need that (and in most cases a stand). Other than that, very happy and have recommended fk family
