Scam, order does not arrive. Now reporting it as fraud

This is not a UK company and the goods never arrive. We have tried everything and are now left with just reporting it to action fraud. We are going to see if our bank can do anything but we doubt it.

I regret not checking this company out before placing an order through one of their Facebook adverts.

The order never arrives, and the company is not contactable in any way.

Their "order confirmation" emails are fake - full of spelling mistakes.

This is an obvious Chinese scam and I regret falling for it, I lost £28 and there's no way of getting it back. Don't do it.

Don not order from this company. The website makes it look like you are ordering quality product. They just order them from China a make a huge mark up. My item arrived damage in the post. I have emailed 5 times no reply and there are no other means of contacting them.

Goods ordered November’23, by January no item delivered. Queried and the reply was I need to wait 3 months from order date to apply from refund. After 3 months I’ve asked for a refund on several occaision with no response. I think they are scammers and would avoid at all costs.

Been tracking item, coming from China, then all of a sudden it shows as order cancelled and item returned! None of my doing, no reply to emails and so no refund. Waiting to try claim it back through my bank but have to wait 14 days.
Avoid, Avoid, Avoid.

Tracking number after 4 weeks was delivered. Checked and it was a completely different product (huge box) in some random doorway 😂

I really wish I had checked the company out first with Trustpilot.
Waste of money for what was advertised as "Luxury Phone Case".
The UK needs to be doing more to stop these Chinese Scammers ripping normal people off !!!

Would give 0 stars if at all possible. Total scam with no remote chance of ever receiving goods

The cover was not the colour I ordered and it was cheap and very flimsy. Tried to contact them several times, but no answer. Do not buy from this site, it is a scam!

Been waiting 4 weeks, still no phone cover, yip defo a scam company as don’t reply to email. . Avoid!!!

Awful service, website looks so professional it’s a shame that’s where it ends.
All products are sent from far east and the quality is so poor.
I’m bombarding for the returns policy as I want to return the phone case.

Same as previous reviews. Ordered item 17th August. Have taken the money but have never delivered and avoiding all emails. Tracking is pointless. Do not buy from this site!!!!!!!!!!!!!
