The quality of the goods is very low and very overpriced. The blouse cost $43 and is more like a $8 blouse. The earrings cost $23 and I wouldn’t pay more than $5. I’m still waiting for the rest of my order to be delivered…ordered three weeks ago. Once received I will request a full refund. Low expectations!

The shoes were completely different from the photo, took ages to arrive and they very poor quality. When I tried to get a label to return a misleading item, they didn’t want to pay postage. The return address was in China. I only got 50% of the money and I had to throw the shoes away. Don’t buy from them!

Wish I could give zero stars. I also wish I read about this company prior to purchasing from them. Bad quality, bad customer retention, bad business practice and a complete waste of money.

I ordered a pair of pants. I am normally a size large. The pants I received were not only too big but they were stained and one of the legs was cut shorter than the other. I reached out to them to let them know and request a return. They told me it is their policy not to accept returns for items that are on sale. I explained that its not fair to me to have to be stuck with $70 pants that are stained and poorly made. I asked to exchange for an item of equal value that I know will work for me. I selected some earrings that were the same amount and asked if I could exchange the pants for the earrings so as not to waste $70. I even offered to pay to ship the pants back. They declined and said they would only allow me to exchange the pants for a medium. I told them I didn't want to waste the time as I was pretty certain a medium would be too small. However, it was the only offer they gave me. I accepted. I received the medium size and as expected, they didn't fit. I reached out again to advise them of the issue. Anna then tried to tell me that it is what I requested and and now they can't do anything about it. Even though Anna was the one to corner me into the exchange if I didn't want to my $70 investment.

Don't throw your money away with this company.

I will now use Trustpilot to check out a website. I did look at the SCAM reports and they were not conclusive! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE! They may say 30 day guaranteed returns but what they don't tell you is that everything is coming through customs...in addition and not until you read one small bullet in the return policy do you learn that any item on sale is considered to be a FINAL SALE/ NO return. It does not say that anywhere in the website merchandise nor does it say FINAL SALE/NO RETURN anywhere when you are checking out ! You only figure that out with the bullet point saying anything on sale is not returnable.
All items I purchased were of poor quality and made poorly with mismatched seams AND incorrect sizes! In a two piece outfit the top is a 4XL and the pants are a size 6. I have filed a complaint with the credit card company, the FCC and the attorney general's office in my state. Hopefully this message can help others.

Like another reviewer, shame on me for not checking the reviews before ordering, which is something I usually do. The earrings I bought are absolutely rubbish and heading for the bin. They cost me over £20, on sale down from £50.

Shame on me for not checking this company out before buying, normally I do. I must have had a brain freeze! I bought a pair of sandals and they are absolute rubbish. Not one once of quality, cheap and nasty. They will be going straight from the delivery guy to the bin. The one star is for the guy who delivered the package. The company get a big fat nothing. I can't be any more direct, DO NOT BUY from the business.

Be aware of this site. They are scammers. I don’t believe any of the information on the website. I purchased a suede jacket from their site and received something that fits in a zip bag—a completely different, brown polyester item. It’s unbelievable. They are scammers, and I will contact my bank for a refund. You will receive no response from them. It took almost three weeks for the package to arrive.

They sent the shoes in a bag not a box. They were completely crushed and unwearable. They were not the color shown. They continue to offer me a % off to keep them. They are garbage and not worth 5 cents. Do not buy anything from these company

I have had the same experience as others, and I wish I had read reviews before ordering. Every item is listed on sale so they cannot be returned. You will only find that warning buried on their shipping policy page. In other words, you will not get an alert when you check out ("final sale - no returns), as you do at other stores. The shoes that I ordered shipped loosely in a bag - NO BOX. They arrived WEEKS after they were supposed to (within 9 days, according to their website) and are terrible quality.

This is a scam of a company. For the price , the dress material is terrible. They sent a wrong size and refuse to accept return. I ordered an XS but sent S then said they only have S. They offered 10% refund then upped to 20%. They trick people with good pictures, said they are a Santa Barbara Boutique. Can’t find them on Google Maps to leave a review either.

I ordered some shoes from here and when they finally got here they were cheap knock offs. Nothing like the picture as far as what materials was used. Supposed to be leather and they were a joke! On top of that, they were the wrong size! I have contacted them and I wanted a full refund! Never dealt with a shop like this and won't ever again

I just ordered from them and then found out about this and that they are a scam. I have contacted my bank and they are doing the paperwork disputing the charge. They had to cancel my debit card too. Job loss here. I am so upset. DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE.

These people really are the worst. Sept. 4-6 I received several emails from them claiming they had "already refunded" my money, and claiming it would "be in the bank in 10 days or so". At this point I did not trust them and I checked with my bank over the next few days. I had requested a confirmation email from this company showing that they had issued a refund, but they never sent anything more. I filed a complaint again with my bank, and THE BANK REFUNDED ME IN FULL within a couple more days.
Jessanneboutique is a scam business with grossly inferior items, and mostly do not even send orders, according to online complaints. They are liars and will also 'ghost you'. I hope this review helps some out there and prevents you from ordering and losing money.

I would have given 0 stars but it's not allowed. This company is selling fake material n what you receive is nothing like the picture. I tried to make an EXCHANGE and all they would change is the size. Picture says linen/cotton blend....I got polyester. Do not buy from these people you'll be sorry.

I ordered two pairs of pants from Jess & Anne Boutique, order JA3771. The items I received look completely different from the photos advertised on their website.

The blue pants appear to be structured denim in the product photo, but the item I received is made from very thin, cheap fabric and is not denim. The color, material, fit, structure, and overall quality are significantly different. The printed pants also look nothing like the advertised item.

I paid more than $100 for these two pairs and am extremely disappointed. I contacted the company requesting a full refund and return instructions. I also asked them to cancel another order I placed before receiving these items.

Based on my experience, I do not recommend purchasing from this website. I am attaching comparison photos so other customers can see the difference between what was advertised and what I received.

Don’t buy from this site. The quality of the fabric is cheap and looks nothing like the photos. It is a scam. They do not refund on sale items but all their clothes look like they are on sale. Stay away!!
