Additionally, their platform is super easy to use and has lots of features to make email marketing simple and looking good.

Been with them about a year now which is my second time with DD (last involvement was about 5 years ago). Simple to use yet advanced-enough in its capabilities.
Whilst there are some limitations in it's true customisation abilities, this is only in rare instances.

It would have been beneficial to have more sessions in the morning and not just keynote sessions as there were a few session clashes in the afternoon. The sessions I did attend were really insightful.
