Advertise 24 or 48 hour tracked delivery yet items don’t turn up until weeks after. They don’t respond to emails either. Really unprofessional and it’s false advertisement to be honest.

Ordered lashes that got ‘lost’ in the post and waited a week and a half for replacement
I have ordered from Dose of Lashes many a time and have been a long standing customer of there’s for atleast the last 2 years. I ordered 4 pairs of lashes resulting in spending nearly £40, I still to this day haven't recieved a confirmation email for my order not only this I then after not receiving one have continued to chase as I have no proof of order and no tracking. Dose of Lashes then respond with a tracking number which still to this day says sender dispatching item. I have then continued to wait over the 2-5 working days to see if my order turns up it didn’t, I then chased Dose of Lashes once again nearly 2 weeks after I placed my order! During this period Dose of Lashes have put a 30% valentines sale on which would have saved me £16, as I have recieved such bad service anyway I asked Dose of Lashes if there is anything that could be done as if I was to order them now I would have saved myself £16 and would have in actual face bought more due to this. However when I asked I was advised it would be at my own cost and I would need to return the lashes and reorder?! This seems very unfair and highly uneconomical as I would have had to return the order to order the exact same lashes but save myself £16?! When approaching Dose of Lashes with this information I have recieved very rude responses and not the responses you would have expected from a million pound company. The unfair part is I was still waiting for my lashes when this sale was on and I was asking these questions whilst the sale was still on! And I had already waited two weeks for the lashes for an event I needed that I never got to wear them to. Not only this the response I received from Dose of Lashes was- ‘if you don’t want to order with us again that’s fine, thanks’ now as a company you’ve just lost a loyal customer that was willing to spend £10.99 on your lashes due to the fact you have poor customer service?! And for saying what I’m asking for is 2 sets of your lashes due to the £16 saving- you would think to retain a customer - 2 sets of lashes compared to the bigger picture?! Not only this after explaining the situation on Instagram and continuously being ignored! I advised I’d be leaving a review. At which the response was Great thank you. Please note we won’t be accepting any further orders from yourself. - a customer that has spent hundreds on the brand to receive responses like that!

Hi Alice, thank you for taking the time leave us a review, I think it is important though to include accurate information within it.
You didn't receive a confirmation email because you didn't choose to leave an email address when checking out, you chose to leave a mobile number and a confirmation text was sent to that number.
Your order that was placed on 01/02 was shipped on 02/02. We must wait 7 days before Royal Mail will consider this parcel lost. You first contacted us on 03/02 informing us you hadn't received a confirmation email, we then responded around 1 hour later providing you with your tracking number for Royal Mail.
Your next communication with us via email was on 08/02 informing us you still hadn't received your order, we then responded on 09/02 (the 7th day after posting the order) that Royal Mail has lost the package and we are preparing a replacement for you. This package was then shipped on Friday 10/02 and delivered on Monday 13/02 we also included a free powder puff duo as surprise for the inconvenience. From when your order was placed to when the replacement was delivered it was a total of 8 working days or 12 normal days which isn't the 2 weeks you mention in your review.
Regarding the sale, your order was placed on 01/02 and our sale ran between 11/02 and 13/02. Your replacement order was already shipped at this point and you were advised if you wanted to purchase additional items during the sale you would need to purchase them as a seperate order. You were advised to return the replacement order at your own cost as you appeared quite unhappy that there was now sale on and that you had paid full price for our products (although still enjoying the discount we offer on a 3 pack of 15%). Via our Instagram DMs you wanted us to just include 2 extra pairs of lashes for the inconvenience in your order, which isn't something we were able to do, but we had already included the free powder puff duo worth £10 for the inconvenience. You first asked for this on Monday, the day that the replacement was delivered.
I find it really difficult to understand what more we could have done to make this a better experience for you. We provided tracking to you as soon as you asked us as you hadn't left your email. When you notified us there was no updates we arranged a replacement the next day. The replacement was then shipped on the next day which was Friday and delivered on the Monday and we included a free product worth £10 without you having to ask us. Unfortunately parcels can get lost in transit and you say you have placed many orders with us, then surely you know that this isn't the normal experience customers have with us. We have informed you that you can't order again with us is not because of a negative review, but because of the constant arguing with our customer service via Instagram despite us assisting and providing resolutions to every issue you had. Unfortunately it is a shame you have chose to write a review the 1 time you had a negative experience rather than the multiple times prior that the experience has been postitive.

AMAZING lashes & company I won’t go anywhere else!
Honestly the most AMAZING company I won’t go anywhere else for my lashes, they’re literally all I wear!
Not only do they look gorgeous and like I’ve been to a lash tech, but the quality is amazing, they last and the company it’s self is run by some incredible people.
They’re always quick to answer questions and talk to their customers which is a personal approach you don’t get from other companies. They’re very helpful, friendly and have amazing products. Just honestly amazing!

Best company ever!!!
The beautiful people who own dose of lashes make this company probably the best in the world. The quality of the products has never faltered since the beginning and the customer service is second to none. No oroblem is too big or too small. I have always had the quickest responses. Always had a pleasant experience. And have always been treated as a friend. I recently have purchased the advent calendar. The amount of products i have had ive been blown away with. Have been using these lashes for years now and will never be able to find any that compare!! My favourite pair were discontinued and I wasn’t able to find anything else I liked, I messaged the company in hopes to find something similar and they sent me a few pairs of the discontinued lashes! The only advent calendar you will ever need!
My boyfriend bought me the advent calendar for Christmas after many many hints! The delivery was just as advised it was. Every single product has been incredible and high end, you can tell just how much time and hard work has gone into making it. I started wearing dose of lashes last year and will never wear another brand. It’s even become a tradition that all I get is fresh lashes for my birthday! I want to finish on how the powder puffs have absolutely changed my life! So thank you for being so amazing and creating the BEST lashes!

10 star lashes 10 star customer service
Honestly, I could not speak highly enough of this incredible company! Not only did they respond personally to me, they organised and sent me lashes that were not even on their website anymore. It is very rare that you find a generous company with a kind heart like this one in this day and age. I will only order from Dose of Lashes because the quality is far superior to other mediocre brands, prices are very reasonable and the customer service is 10 stars! Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review about your experience! With regret, the information you have been provided by Royal Mail is completely false and untrue. It is extremely disappointing that you have chosen to share this false information online publicly despite us already informing you that the package which you spoke to a worker about is not from us.
All of our postage is paid for on account with Royal Mail where we have a 30-day credit line and have NEVER been late or missed a payment as it is settled via Direct Debit. It is IMPOSSIBLE for us to not have paid the correct amount of shipping as we're not invoiced for it until 30 days after sending!
In regards to your comments about us ignoring you - again this is wildly untrue. I can see from the email conversations the timeline is as below
11.07am - You emailed us for the first time about the accusation of not paying enough postage.
11:30am - We responded informing that the information you have been told is untrue
11:33am - You responded asking for a refund
1:03pm - You message asking for a refund again
4:37pm - You then ask for refund again becoming increasingly demanding.
I really struggle to understand why you think not receiving a reply instantly means you're being ignored. It is entirely unreasonable to expect a response instantly, as our customer service is via email not live chat. Expected customer service response times were made clear to you when you first emailed us which does inform responses can take up to 4 working days.
If the package has been lost we can deal with that (this is what it looks like from the tracking), but spreading false information not just about shipping not being paid in full, but that you have been ignored is frankly bizarre.

The only lashes I will use now
The only lashes I will use now! I recently stopped getting individuals and wanted lashes that looked the same.. dose of lashes ticks all those boxes! They’re fantastic quality, so comfortable to wear and the glue is out of this world! It’s the only glue I’ve used that actually keeps my lashes from rising up on the corners! I’m so impressed with my lashes and the blenders/ brushes are absolutely gorgeous 😍 the team are also so friendly when you talk to them and shipping is always so quick! Overall just an absolute dream of a company!
