I am leaving this review based on my experience with Rhocks Ltd. and 8219 DISTRIBUTION LTD. The founders own both Dose of Lashes and Try Breasties.

After returning an item with proof of postage, I did not receive a refund and experienced very poor communication, including delayed responses and being blocked on social media when trying to follow up.

I have noticed similar complaints on both brands’ Trustpilot pages and social media pages, particularly around refunds not being processed and lack of customer service.

I would encourage everyone to avoid anything under this parent company.

Advertise 24 or 48 hour tracked delivery yet items don’t turn up until weeks after. They don’t respond to emails either. Really unprofessional and it’s false advertisement to be honest.

Ordered lashes before christmas, was advised by RM these were delievered to wrong address. I have attended address with no reply. I have contacted this company over 5 times and still no response. Via email and insta. I paid £25 for an order I didn’t receive. Customer service is NON EXISTENT. Never dealt with such a terrible company to give no response or reply is vile. First time ordering and wont again!

Nice lashes but shopping experience is terrible. Took 3 weeks for the items to arrive and selected 48 hours delivery. The support team don’t answer any emails. Won’t be ordering from them again. Hopefully they start stocking in Boots so I can purchase from a reliable company.

I’ve been a loyal customer of Dose of Lashes for quite some time, especially a fan of the Fantasy style. However, my recent order was really disappointing — the lashes are nothing like they used to be. They’re sparse, lack the signature fluffiness, and the quality just isn’t the same.

To compare, I even purchased an older pair from Vinted, and the difference is huge. I’ve tried reaching out via email but haven’t received any response, which is really frustrating. On top of that, my last order — which I paid next-day delivery for — wasn’t shipped until 10 days later.

It’s such a shame to see the brand go downhill like this. If this is the level of quality and service now, I won’t be ordering again.

This company used to be amazing, quality of lashes are the best I have ever used, along with the glue... unbeatable, I've been a customer for over 5 years when they first started out.

However, now, delivery is awful, I place orders and don't recieve my items for weeks, I pay for fast or fastest delivery too and within the last 12 months not received my order on time once or at all, I've even had to dispute transactions with my bank as I get no response when chasing my order, via all platforms, email, instagram etc.

It's a shame, but I think I will have to start looking elsewhere for a more trust worthy brand. Be mindful if you order, you will not recieve your items for a long time or at all - friends who I have previously reccomended have had the same issues.

This company used to be so good years back but what a shambles now!!!! A month ago i ordered 2 lots of cluster lashes and a strip of baddies lashes. Onlt the clusters turned up. Ive been emailing since and had no response!!!! Only get an automated email back saying they’ll respond within 72 hours WHAT A JOKE

I placed an order on the 2nd November 2024 paid for express delivery and am still waiting!!!! I raised a dispute with my bank to get my money back but nearly 8 months later they have reversed the payment and taken my money without sending the goods. The tracking details are still saying they are waiting for the sender to send the goods.I have tried emailing and emailing, messaging on social media platforms but they have ignored me still up to this point. I am disgusted that a company can do this. They are complete scam artists.

Disappointing service, I placed an order, it’s two weeks later & has not been dispatched. Ive tried to raise it with them in a few ways with no response.
I usually use this company and they are normally reliable so not sure what is going on!

I purchased some lashes for an event that was over a week ago now. It says 48 hour delivery and still hasn’t arrived. I’ve tried to contact them via email five times and still receive no response. It says they aim to get back to you within 72 hours but still. I have since noticed that they are no longer active on social media so I’m assuming they they’ve shut the business down but kept the website going. It’s absolutely disgusting to still accept orders are not changed your policies if you can’t fulfil. I WANT A REFUND.

I just want to know that I have purchased from this company multiple times before and never had an issue so I have to admit this is very disappointing

Ordered lashes meant for the weekend was dispatched on a Wednesday, meant to be 48 hour delivery and it didn't come for about 2 weeks. Reached out got a response basically saying they don't know why this is and then they stopped replying to my messages. Awful customer service, for this reason I won't ship here again. Gives independent businesses a bad name, I won't support a business that has no morals and just and has an attitude of once it's shipped out it has nothing to do with them.

Ordered lashes on Wednesday spent £38 and was meant to be 48 hour delivery. I needed them for Saturday and nothing arrived. I tried to email them and no response. Try to track today and still no details as they haven’t been shipped. Useless company and useless customer service don’t bother ordering.

I have been ordering from these from when they very first started up.
These are amazing lashes, unfortunately I did have some issues with an order around the time the " owner" experienced a very hard loss of her mum which is read on some social media & the company that was covering for her why she took " time out" was taking forever to post orders & I hope this lady has her amazing business up and booming again she deserves it, so sorry for your loss still. & I hope everyone else that had bad experience at the same time can come to some sort of understandment & definitely be my favourite lash company still! They're amazing & I've had 2 very good orders since & also got apology of the lady herself belss her. I hope your feeling alot better & 2025 will be a year of blessings. Ive always ordered from here for years never experienced a problem, I placed a order on the 9th of January which cost me a fair amount I spent almost £100 the delivery says 24/48 hours but its coming up a week and still hasn’t been posted I’ve tried emailing, reaching out to the company on social medias to follow up with my tracking to find out where my order is but I get no replies back, not sure if the company is still active. I don’t want to not get my order I really love dose or lashes and they’ve always posted out to me within the time frames and been so helpful but I feel ignored and unsure on what to do next, I will have to cancel my payment which I luckily did via Klarna so can put it in dispute but not sure if this company has closed down or is trading as there is no recent posts and all th recent reviews say the same thing

Finally got them reaching out to me to state order will be posted and to unpause Klarna payment to which I enquired about when things would be posted and again gone quiet with no reply

I have been buying lashes from this company for years and they have never failed me, the delivery is very fast the customer service is brilliant and the lashes are stunning I get compliments on them all the time I wear the style “sugar”

Very happy with my order!

Ordered two lash kits, the packaging it had arrived in was damaged which is no surprise as packaging was poor quality. The two lash kits were so damaged that the bond/seal and remover leaked all over in the package and the lashes were so squashed that they're no longer a strong curl up. Contacted customer service via email inregards to this matter on 8/10/2024 (date package arrived) Jess, customer representative, responded on same day by requesting images of the damaged package + products which I did immediately. No response from her, sent another email on 11th and still no response. This company clearly neglects customers issues and don't like to be held accountable. Would not recommend.

WOW WOW Most amazing eye lashes ever i am shocked with the quality and just unreal these eye lashes are. Ignore negative reviews they are amazing. Even the little box they come in is fabulous

I have ordered from Dose Of Lashes for years now and never had a problem, however I made a £50+ order 3 weeks ago on “fast delivery” and have not received anything from them. I have sent them multiple emails , dms and comments and have still yet to even have a communication back from them as to where my order is
