I spoke with a member of your team last wednesday whilst out shopping. I was asked who my current supplier was, and told him that my supplier were not as helpful as he was, and did not give me certain updates. I was happt to change over to british gas. He was very informative with what my energy usage will be.

Talking to the chap in the street after I'd just received an email that very morning saying electric was going up. He advised me that it would stop the ssme for 2 years. Hope it does but also hope it doesn't shoot up after that !!!

They switched me over to British gas when I told them not too until I've thought about it

After signing up, customers are provided with a 14-day cooling-off period during which they can cancel the switch without it proceeding. As your application was submitted on the 15th of last month, this cooling-off period has now expired.
As the switch has progressed beyond the cooling-off period, we are no longer able to cancel the application from our side. We recommend contacting British Gas directly as soon as possible to discuss your options and whether the switch can still be cancelled or reversed.
We appreciate you bringing your concerns to our attention, and your comments regarding the sales process will be reviewed internally as part of our compliance process.
