Very misleading, and never mentioned the daily tariff, even when no energy was used and turned out to be way more expensive.

Coerced a physically and mentally disabled person.
Physically and mentally disabled person with no legal ability to accept a contract without another person present to clearly explain terms and give their sign off in addition. Representative physically swiped phone and ticked boxes, confirming switch. Emailed the line, awaiting response to stop process.

He was very down to earth and informative. I'm now in the process of switching supplier and currently looking forward to not wasting money on my new supply. Thank you Zack (DWM)

A gentleman signed me up in my home
Town when I asked him not too, I said I wanted to think about it and weigh up my options he said no I haven’t signed you up someone will ring you, however I had an email to say thank you for signing up to British Gas. I’m absolutely fuming by this. Don’t get approached by these guys. They lie to you, sign you up for things you don’t agree too and physically take your phone out of your hand to do it.

Don't Waste Money were very informative and helpful but didn't want to follow up with what they offered me so yes lots of information from the people that visited me but in the end I didnt go through with the swap I stayed with the company I was happy with
