Has anyone ordered and recieved the Crewe neck sweater they are advertising ? If so what’s the quality like ?

Truly dreadful. After receiving 2 emails suggesting courier issues as an excuse for over a month delay in delivery Shop showed that the courier had yet to receive the items. I cancelled the order and in response got a new delivery detail which I have now finally received weeks later as a bundle in a small plastic bag containing 3 shirts. I will seek to return the items as they look like cheap under sized pyjama tops and I have long since purchased alternative shirts but I am waiting for a return address from Donacci of which I am not hopeful of getting. . I am using PAYPAL to resolve the refund.

Product i received was very low quality in comparison to how it was represented online. I tried several times to start a return with zero response.

Absolutely terrible experience with Donacci!

I am extremely disappointed with this company. I requested a full refund of $52 and contacted their customer service multiple times, including on October 22 and October 26, 2026.

Despite my repeated attempts to resolve this issue, I still have not received my refund or a satisfactory resolution.

Their website claims they respond to customers within 24 hours, but my experience has been completely different.

It is unacceptable for a company to treat paying customers this way. I should not have to repeatedly ask for my own money back.

I have completely lost trust in Donacci.

I STRONGLY RECOMMEND THINKING TWICE BEFORE BUYING FROM THIS COMPANY!

Based on my personal experience, their customer service is extremely disappointing and unprofessional.

I am still waiting for my full $52 refund.

SCAM ALERT!!!!! Total fraudulent company. Purchased a so called “Suede Jacket” that was not suede and they make it near impossible to send back and offer you 10% refund to keep but don’t refund it. Calculated scam.

I'd give them 0 stars if I could. Horrible company and experience. I ordered what I thought was a lovely jacket for $53. Shortly thereafter I found the same jacket for $40 elsewhere. When I complained and asked for a refund of the difference, they told me it was not possible. But that's just the beginning. The jacket took three weeks to arrive - from China of all places. And it turned out to be a rather flimsy, not even sweatshirt thickness material. No lining and no real promise of any warmth. So I decided to return it. And they put me through the wringer in order to have my return approved. They not only wanted to know why, which is fair enough, but they also wanted a picture of the item. And then of course they sent me an email that said I could have a 10% refund if I kept it, but otherwise I would have to continue jumping through hoops. So you know what? I contacted my credit card company explained the problem and registered to dispute. And a day or so later, I got an email saying that I had been issued a full refund, which would show up in a few days. Run, don't walk away from this company. It was a crap product and an even worse Customer Service experience. And who wants to buy an item from China that's gonna take three weeks to arrive? Good luck.

I ordered two products from here and I thought this was a German company, but it is actually a Chinese company and the goods took about a month to arrive and were completely different products from what I ordered. is a scam company. do not order any products from here !!!!!

I ordered the suede bomber jacket and the product arrived with no the Donacci label. It clearly stated on the tag on the garment that it is 95% polyester and 5% Elastane. There is no leather associated with this product and certainly not suede. They advertise a 30-day return policy so I asked for a return label, which they say is the only way they would accept return, several times with no response. I believe this company is completely fraudulent.

Dacht aan een nederlandse winkel. Zie ik bij de bezorging dat het uit china komt. Waardeloze troep dacht een suede jasje te krijgen zoals op de sitr staat. Krijg ik een 95% polyster jasje dat er niet uitziet en gewoon een hele slechte kwaliteit ook. Nooit iets bestellen bij deze site zijn gewoon scammers.

I have left multiple messages, and have had no reply back from them. They cashed my order already, but I can't get a Tracking number, date of delivery, or a return message to my questions. After reading their reviews, this seems to be the way they do business. Now I'm crossing my fingers. I placed my order on 9/30/26 and have not seen anything yet. After 23 days my coat of 65 euro arrived but it was not at all the 'Kylian jacket' which I ordered and how it was described on the Donacci website.
There you can read:
100% cotton, heavyweight weave
Stand collar
Full metal front zip
Two zip chest pockets, two welt hand pockets
Adjustable button cuffs

Well, not all cotton but partly 100% polyester according to the label. The two chest pockets weren't there, just zippers that led to nothing. And the whole 'jacket' is very flimsy and thin, no heavyweight weave at all, the total weight is less tha 500 gram.

I contacted the webshop, I wanted my money back. How to return this useless jacket? Well, there were to options: keep it and get 10% refund. Or send it to us in China at your own expense. For that, DHL charges 65,- euro plus taxes (I did not look up how much that was). A complete no go! So I opted for the 10% refund, which of course never arrived.

I ordered, what was advertised as luxury clogs, at £35.00.
The cheapest nasty beach sliders, you can buy from any budget store, for £5.00, arrived a full calendar month later.
They used photographs from reputable competitors to add authenticity to the deceit..
When I demanded a full refund, I was told they only offer a 10% refund, and I must cover the cost of returning the item, which is exorbitant.
I totally recommend you avoid this particular provider.

Ik wacht al meer dan drie weken op de verzending van mijn bestelling. Na 5 mails heen en weer stelde ze zelf voor een terugbetaling te doen. Toen ik hierop in ging kreeg ik te horen dat het tegen hun algemene voorwaarden is om een terugbetaling te doen.

Ik verwacht niets meer, maar bestel hier alsjeblieft niets.

Sept 11 I placed an order. I’ve written emails multiple times inquiry about delivery. Today. 10/15 I asked for a FULL refund. No reply. I’ll repeat NO REPLY and NO REFUND. Do not trust this company. Lawrence Hunter, Indianapolis, IN, USA.

One is the lowest it would let score this rip off pathetic company! I to get in touch with ombudsman in truth! Oh surprise surprise you can't call this company, JOkE SHOP!!!!!!! Disgusting

The item was very poor quality with loose threads, nasty material and the colour was very different from that advertised. Delivery time was acceptable. Returns are at customers expense.

Did not receive the item. Got the around via email for 2 weeks. Had to get my bank to reverse the charge.

Ordered a jacket, never arrived. Emailed and no reply. Utterly immoral. Karma is a b*tch though, they’ll get theirs.

Do not buy from. Purchased so clogs for £37.00. They were suppose to be leather. But they had plastic soles and uppers. Offered £3.70 refund or return to china at my expense.

Nearly a month and still waiting for even basic tracking information/ feel like this may be a scam site as all requests for cancellation and money back have been ignored
