DOMVS Anmeldelser

John B at Swanage has been a pleasure to deal with.

Nothing has been too much trouble.

Communication and support has been flawless.

No complaints whatsoever and a very happy customer.

Would completely recommend John and his work for DOMVS.

Benjamin Dobson has been helping me with the purchase of my new home in Bridport. From the first time I met him he came across as a very amiable man. Nothing was too much bother for him and he has kept me up to date with everything regarding my purchase. On several occasions he went over and above to help with information and contacts to make my experience easier.
Thank you Benjamin . Top Bloke

Alison has made my experience with the rental market seemless and stress free. Professional, personable and extremely organised. Alison has been extremely responsive with each question that I have had. I will be recommending Domvs services. I have also dealt with Jenny and yet again, another beautiful soul. Thank you to Domvs Dorchester. A high standard of customer services has been demonstrated on all levels.

Many thanks to the Domvs team at Dorchester for making our house purchase such a positive experience. Everyone I met or spoke to was very friendly and helpful. The whole transaction only took 6 weeks and the team did a great job to always keep us informed, answer questions and negotiate between solicitors.
Thank you also for the goodie bag, which made the experience of collecting the keys extra special.

Fantastic service from start to finish from a friendly, professional and communicative team. From pre-market decisions with Greg through superbly handled viewings with Sophie and Adrienne (thanks for the advice!) to the completion process with Marcus, everyone went above and beyond to keep me sane and our sale on track. We were delighted with the outcome achieved by Domvs. Excellent all round.

It was a smooth and uncomplicated process selling the house through Domvs thanks to Stuart. Stuart was professional, a good communicator and very friendly. Thoroughly recommend him and the team at Domvs.

We were very happy with our experience buying our house through Domvs. Alison and the whole Domvs team were always friendly, professional and kept us informed throughout the process. The ‘goodie bag’ was a thoughtful touch and we felt very welcomed in Wareham.

Another fantastic job done by all the team at DOMVS Weymouth. This is the third time we have used DOMVS, they are all very professional in all they do. They always kept us up-to-date with what was happening along the chain, it made everything go very smoothly, even with the hiccups on the way.
Highly recommend this team to anyone looking to sell or buy a property. We will defiantly use them again.
Thank you DOMVS.

Domvs in Bridport successfully sold my house in July 2023. It had been a tricky sale with two unforeseeable setbacks requiring the property to be re-marketed. Benjamin, with office support from Dorchester did an excellent job throughout. I was impressed by his continued enthusiasm and attention to detail with no time wasted when marketing had to be re-started and new buyers were found almost immediately.

His local knowledge and affinity with the town and its community, together with his friendly personality made him a perfect choice for me and I understand that his approach suited the buyers well too. His advice on the sale was spot on, with the valuation appropriate for a rapidly changing market, and he achieved a particularly good result. Benjamin and Domvs took on the full workload at the outset, from marketing and dealing with viewings and the buyer, to liaising with the solicitors through to completion and making the sale process very straightforward for me. I would thoroughly recommend his work and be happy to use his services and those of Domvs in Bridport again.

A big thank you to all the team at our local Domvs in Preston Road, Weymouth. Our house purchase was a very long and at sometimes stressful time, but we felt like we had a lot of support. As it took a long time we had various members of the team helping us, but thank you to Laura, Gabby, Marcus and Julie and anyone we,ve forgotten! Everyone was very professional in their approach but also friendly and helpful, with some laughs along the way. A brilliant team , thank you once again.

The DOMVS Weymouth branch (Preston) have been fantastic at sorting our house purchase - which was not by any means a straightforward process. The team are friendly, helpful and down to earth which is hugely appreciated. Special thanks to Nicky who handled most of our negotiations with the seller - but also thanks to Gabby and Marcus too. Can't fault them at all and will definitely use DOMVS to sell property in the future.

Ben and the team at DOMVS were excellent in all aspects of their care and attention in helping my mum move - would highly recommend them to everyone

Sensitive and professional throughout what proved to be a long period of negotiations.
Everyone was supportive and helpful and always available when needed. They were very instrumental in helping us to reach a satisfactory conclusion .Thank you .

This is my 10th and possibly last move for a while at least, Domvs sold my house for more than the asking price and a cash buyer into the bargain, however it wasnt the case and thats where Domvs earned there fee, someone joined the bottom of the chain and delayed it quite a bit, Marcus pound was the aftersales negotiator, i have to say he was brilliant and always on the case and the chain probably would have collapsed if not for him, Domvs sales and aftersales are excellent and would recommend them 110%.

Polly, Gregg and their Dorchester Team were fantastic to work with throughout our recent house purchase. From the initial viewing to collecting the keys they worked effortlessly to address and overcome any issues swiftly, in a pleasant and easy to communicate with way. They have been on hand throughout the process and never missed a beat.

Thank you for an excellent service, we are delighted with our new home and we would recommend DOMVS to anyone.

I cannot thank Benjamin enough for his excellent service in helping us throughout the buying process. He has constantly gone over and above to help, support, guide us. Nothing too much trouble. Always keeping us up to speed, negotiating between the sellers and us, returning calls (sometimes well after normal opening hours). His professional approach was greatly appreciated. A really great guy and a credit to Domvs! Our transaction was not the easiest with 6 in the chain and other hurdles, however, we got through it all and honestly it may not of happened without his support. Well Done !!

As a purchaser I was very impressed with their professionalism and responsiveness. I was kept informed at all stages. Indeed I had more information from them about my own sale than from the agents who were acting for me! The icing on the cake was a very pleasing goodie bag on collecting the keys for my new house, a good touch.

Polly actually made the neigh on impossible happen!

A place came on for sale that was ideal for our family for many reasons, and with some seriously swift work we managed to get my house on the market and with a buyer before the final offers were to be made- this made us then secure the purchase.

Then with a bit of a nightmare buyer for me, we then managed to get a new buyer before I lost the house we were aiming for- all due to plenty of phone calls, time and to and fro with all various parties, most of which was out of hours as I work all the time!

We finally completed at the beginning of March and we are very happy!

A great big thank you to Polly and her team for helping us get to great result- I was even offered a goody bag at the end of it all!

Thanks again- I’d love to say see you soon, but I’m hoping to stay out for a long while now!

We had a small property to let out and were complete newcomers to this.
Debbie in Lettings guided us through the whole experience very efficiently and helped us to find a suitable tenant in a very short space of time.
We felt well supported throughout and were kept informed at each stage.
We would recommend Domus highly to anyone looking to let out a property.

DOMVS are professional, friendly and get the job done.
Whilst waiting for exchange I was so stressed and felt like I was constantly chasing my solicitor. Marcus was a hero and rang me off his own back updating and chasing for me. Here’s the clincher …. DOMVS weren’t even my estate agents !!! They offered all this for a non client and for that I’m am extremely grateful!
Safe to say I will always use DOMVS in the future and highly recommend!
Thank you Marcus!
