The app doesn't really do anything but ask for more payments. Every turn is a prompt for "not enough credits, buy more"

Watermark doesn't go away
I paid for a subscription so I can remove the watermark from my creations, but the watermarks are still there. If I make new videos, they are still with watermark. The material is unusable. Customer service doesn't exist. Invoices have zero information about the company.

Thanks for letting us know! Just to clear things up, all our plans—including Basic—actually allow you to remove watermarks. It’s possible the "No Watermark" setting just wasn’t toggled on before you started. Could you send us your UID? We’ll hop in and check your account right away to make sure you can create without that watermark. Thanks for sticking with us!
Bad product, bad support, please avoid
1) The product doesn't work. Text prompt from an image to animation does basically whatever it wants, completely ignoring the prompts. Ask "have subject raise its hand," and the result is the subject standing and smiling with the same AI creepy smile. Random and irrelevant result.
2) All images are censored and do not give you any useful NSFW content regardless of how hard you try. No explanation provided.
3) Unsupported product, even for paying customers. They refer you to their Discord server where nobody responds. Period.
4) No refunds. Luckily, I only signed up for 1 month and cancelled after a day or so. Only lost $10.00. Don't sign up for annual plan!

If you’re seeing unexpected results, we invite you to share your UID so we can provide a suitable solution for you. 2) Regarding NSFW content, we want to clarify that DomoAI has never officially supported it. Previously, there were some gaps in our NSFW content review process, but we have since improved our moderation mechanisms and now enforce stricter policies. 3) If you’ve experienced delays on Discord, we recommend reaching out to us via our official email at support@domoai.app. Currently, our team aims to respond to all user inquiries around 36h (excluding weekends and holidays). 4) On the topic of refunds, we have officially optimized our policy to be more flexible. For annual subscribers, we now offer full refunds for unused accounts, or the option to switch to a monthly plan and receive a refund for the price difference. For monthly users, we provide refunds if the service remains unused; if it has already been used, we will evaluate the situation on a case-by-case basis. Since you’ve already canceled, please reach out to our email so we can re-evaluate your case under these new standards.

No Refund, No Service, No Integrity
I subscribed, got poor results, canceled immediately, and requested a refund — which they refused, hiding behind a no-refund policy buried in fine print.
I didn’t use the remaining credits. I deleted the output. I explained why I was unhappy. They still denied the refund. Then came the fake empathy — only after I filed a dispute with my bank. That tells you everything.
The product is subpar. The company is worse — opportunistic, unhelpful, and defensive. They don’t care about customer experience, only about transactions.
I’ve learned my lesson, and now others will too: avoid this company if you expect honesty, quality, or accountability. You won’t find any of those here.

Scam and Terrible Management
I strongly advise against using Domo AI. This platform is nothing but a scam designed to trick users into paying for a bot that is, quite frankly, stolen and lacks any real value. Their entire system is built around misleading people into thinking they’re getting a quality service when, in reality, it’s just a poorly managed money grab.
Let’s start with the team – absolutely incompetent, deceptive, and untrustworthy. They present themselves as a professional company, but in reality, they are nothing more than a group of fake Singaporean/Chinese operators who have no regard for ethical business practices. Their customer support is non-existent, and any attempt to get answers or clarifications is met with silence, arrogance, or outright banning from their Discord server.
Speaking of Discord management, it’s one of the worst I’ve ever seen. Instead of addressing genuine concerns or criticism, they resort to censorship and kicking out users who expose the truth about their shady business model. There is no transparency, and any negative feedback is immediately erased to keep up the illusion that everything is fine.
The pricing model is another red flag. They manipulate users into thinking their AI is revolutionary when, in reality, it’s a poorly developed, unreliable, and likely stolen tool that doesn’t perform as promised. They continuously push for payments while offering nothing of real value in return. It’s obvious they are only after your money and will do anything to squeeze more out of their customers.
If you’re considering using Domo AI, DON’T. There are far better alternatives out there, provided by legitimate companies that actually care about their users. Domo AI is nothing but a scam, and I strongly encourage everyone to report them before they take advantage of more unsuspecting people.

advertised features do not work, you have to pay to preview, there is no fine tuning before rendering...makes all work on this platform both expensive and useless.

Worst results and still no refund. Money wasted.
They are not providing refund even though the system says so and Video quality does not match my expectations. Its better to try out other tools out in the market where the support is good. What will you guys gain if customers are not happy ?

domoai.app bad, very bad. They keep your money and say they can't do anything. You contract an annual plan by mistake, and you only ask for 11 months back, to be charged for the month you wanted to contract, and for oranges from China. They go through everything. They say that you have spent credits and that they do not return the money. For a credit expenditure of one month, they are left with 11 months. Come on, Santa Rita, Rita, what is given cannot be taken away. That's how they work. And there is no way to do anything.
