I am RJ Smith the Hollywood (Producer), signed up for a year subscription of Domo AI, every single time we put in a text or a picture to turn into a video it does what the hell it wants to do and it does not listen at all to the prompts. I called customer service, and they told me that since they don’t actually handle the generations or the prompts that I couldn’t get a credit for their horrible generator… so I’m like, what the hell do you mean you don’t generate it? Take it for me people this company is full of shit.

I intended to use a discount code, but their system processed the payment automatically before I could even enter it. When I complained, a support agent named "Amy" sent me a tiny, blurry screenshot of my usage log that was completely unreadable and irrelevant to the billing error.

They completely ignore user intent and treat professional creators with zero respect. Is the support team even human, or just a poorly programmed AI? If you care about transparency and fair billing, stay away from DomoAI. This is a matter of trust, and they have failed miserably.

I like the service a lot but I dont like that I cant use it anymore becaue you dont take paypal or discover. If that ever becomes available, I will be back as a customer. Cheers!

Its too expensive only 15 second video caused all my plan credits.

0 zero stars would be better. It is not useful and it is not free. It so censored that you can't make any video. If you contact them, no answer.

With the recent updates and restrictions this platform is totally garbage now. You can't do anything now. I've been using this app for a few months and before the restrictions it was great but now it's unusable. If you're looking for something without limitations look else where. I bought a one year subscription to this app and now I can't even use it the way I like. Will not, I repeat, WILL NOT BE RENEWING. What a waste of money. Bring back the old version.

I’ve used the site now for two months. During the first month, there was almost no limit to the content you could create. Recently, they changed their terms of service and now they have some of the more strict guidelines with regard to keywords. In my opinion, this has stifled all artistic creativity. Buyer beware if you’re looking for limitless creation this is not the site for you! I will not be renewing my membership.

There is no option to cancel the subscription. The button is hidden.

I tried DomoAI's free credits and was pleasantly surprised. The full annual package then became a no-brainer for my business.

i just wanna be honest in this review! the ai is really good dont get me wrong but it can use some polishing and also idk if the price for tokens is justified! also they do host lots of giveaways weekly but its a chance to win so if you really wanna use the ai for yt use or anything like that you're gonna have to pay! long story short, I think the app can use polishing and the price for tokens(both to create and buy) should get lowered!

I've used many AI tools, but DomoAI's output quality really stood out: clean, sharp, and surprisingly fast.

Got my first paycheck at 267.89 USD as an affiliate after a trending post. Easiest money ever hahaha. Just a tip: add the link on a funny image that you video generate and viola!!!

I joined this project’s affiliate program and generated legitimate commissions. However, the project did not pay my commissions as promised. Worse, they terminated my account without a clear explanation or convincing evidence. I reached out multiple times via email to request clarification and payment, but received no response. This is unprofessional and lacks transparency toward affiliates. I strongly advise others to avoid promoting this program to prevent wasting time and effort.

I promoted this project as an affiliate and generated valid commissions, but they never paid me. After that, they locked my account without a clear reason or any solid evidence. I emailed them multiple times to ask for an explanation and request payment, but they did not reply at all. This experience has been extremely disappointing and not transparent. This site is truly amazing! I have read lots of bad reviews but I have to tell you that you will not get the same value for your money ANYWHERE else. I have the annual subscription with is definitely worth the commitment. I agree that consistency can be improved, BUT, I can say that about almost ALL the other sites I have used…period. This site is the least glitchy as far as work flow goes and work flow is super smooth. The quality of the video generation can basically match any other site I have used including GROK and VEO3 which are far more expensive to use. I have reached out to the DomoAI team and they responded immediately when I asked for additional features to be added and I will tell you this. If they add these features there will literally be no other place to go for AI generation. I have already referred several friends and all have been blown away with the quality and ease of use. Again…NO AI generation site is consistent but you still get penalized for terrible generations. However, as a PRO subscriber you get UNLIMITED 5 sec generations with is absolutely a game changer.

In summary, If you want QUALITY, VALUE and EASE of use this it definitely going to be hard to beat.

Like others have said, the prompt is irrelevant, its going to do whatever it wants. completly useless. do not waste your money.
