item was not how described or looked in the picture - the hat was for a child and was ripped in the back. sending back and asking for a refund. would not buy from company again.

Terrible selection. I got a box box (sweat/hood + t shirt + trackpants + chain + ring) and I couldn’t bring myself to accept anything as good. I’ve used other companies that do mystery boxes and I’ve always had gems from them. I just didn’t expect the results to be so far from the selection that is advertised. I would happily take any item of clothing in the photos but it seems like this company has a really poor selection of clothes and advertises completely different things to what it sells

Everything was perfectly fine, the only thing that bothered me was that I wasn't able to re-open my items once I was in the basket. Like once I checked out I couldn't open my items unless I looked for them in the shop again.

A little confusing website
Bought accessorie set but only had one in my size, but they did communicate well and warned me about that and asked if another size was okay. Waiting to se what they picked and how it fits

I ordered a product that was shipped to the wrong address, and I sent a message on the website where you can reach out to customer service. I told them about the issue and how I needed them to adjust the address so that my package would arrive on time at the right location. They never changed the address mistake, and now I don't have my package. I reached out through the website again asking for a refund, and they haven't communicated back.

The purchase was easy to make, the delivery charge reasonable and the delivery time very quick.
However, I was disgusted to find a used face mask in the pocket and a coin. Obviously not checked by the sellers

The quality of product as well as what is shown/promised and what I was given is totally and utterly horrendous, nothing justifies the price I paid of £130 for my mystery box. Even after putting in what my likes were and what the images show, I was given items that do not match the price I paid AT ALL. This is honestly borderline a scam with what I was given. I do NOT recommend. As well as some of the sizing being slightly off.

ordered 2 times already and will continue to in the future. great item selection and a really nice and helpful owner. although some items may be a bit too pricey for their worth, however discount codes and sales are pretty frequent.

overall had good experiences ordering. everything was as described and shipping was fine.

Washed out jacket along with a way to worn out pair of shorts. Btw, Why would I even were a ”bigger” fluffy jacket with a pair of trackshorts…I got the premium box too! Sure the trousers/jeans were in descent condition but don’t fit like they should. I askes for a bit baggy rather then just right since they ask you to be specific with the style, fit, and messuarments etc. This wasn’t even close, way to tight. Not at all worth 160$.
I gotta say, Domno really did not meet the expectations. Very dissapointing…

Comes exactly like you would think! Ordered here many times and always love what I get!
