Daughter bought items at a pop up stall they had in Urban Outfitters which she was pleased with so then made use of the 20% off flyer and purchased another item online. After item was confirmed there was radio silence to the multiple chasers asking where the order was. Only finally heard from them once we had contacted the bank to report it. They then said they couldn’t find the item in stock and approved the bank to refund. Shouldn’t have taken 2 months of chasing and a lot of hassle to get her £65 back. They are preying on young people hoping to rip them off. DO NOT USE!

Ordered a 4 piece vintage box on the 5th of February 2026. Bear in mind it is now the 29th of March and I’m yet to receive it. Emailed them and had no reply, 1 update regarding shipping on the 10th of March which just says they’ve confirmed my order and getting it ready to ship. 2 paydays later and it’s still not arrived… Ironic.

Placed an £80 order on 8th Dec as someone’s Christmas present. It’s now February and there is no sign of my order despite them telling me they had shipped it out towards the end of December.

Avoid at all costs.

have to give credit where it’s due- I was so unhappy with my order but they refunded half my of it - and let me keep the items - so appreciate that despite everything else :)

Sad to say I think this is a scam, spent over £80, ordered over a month ago, and nothing- not even an email update - really disappointed- this was supposed to be my christmas gift.

If I could give my experience less than 1 star I would. I ordered this over a month ago recieved absolutely no word on any shipping or anything. This is the worst service I’ve ever had DO NOT order from here

Scammed me for over €1000 and dont respond anymore for over 8 months blocked me on everything.

Purchased A few items through this seller , all turned up in good time and arrived as described.

They have now cancelled my refund and are not responding to any emails. This company is a scam do not purchase from them

Ordered a large they send a medium and now they haven’t replied to the 3 forms of contact that i have tried terrible service!!

Bought loads from Payday - very knowledgeable and approachable guys (via website and Whatnot shows). They offer competitive prices for resellers and some unique pieces for collectors. Thanks a lot for everything so far! 😊

I bought something from him on Whatnot. I accidentally placed an offer that was way too high and wanted to cancel the order. He didn't want to sell it and said that I only bought it because I wanted to participate in the giveaway? I didn't even know there was a giveaway...

It's now more than a week later and nothing has been sent yet. Don't order from this company, he doesn't care about his customers.

Ordered a week ago, meant to be Royal Mail 48 hour tracked delivery, but been sent a fake yodel tracking code that obviously doesn’t work. Sent them about 7 emails and not one of them has been answered, sent messages on instagram too and still nothing. Yodel doesn’t have the parcel and neither do Royal Mail. Lost £85. Scamming people in this day and age is absolutely disgusting, I hope karma gets you.

Clothes are fine and delivery was fine but just nowhere worth the price. I spent £65 on 2 items so was expecting some pretty exciting items. I received a really worn grey adidas sweatshirt which although rare, can be picked up for £20 on Vinted for one in better condition, and a pair of Dickies cargo trousers which, although nice and I will wear, are literally £30 new so are probably £15 worn. So where did my money go? Feel like I've been scammed.

Ordered twice now from Payday vintage, got an amazing Villa top and a Ralph Lauren puffer for only £30, was an amazing grab. Items came very quick and both were in very good condition, couldn't be happier. Will definitely be ordering again.

Absolutely shocking company. Customer service- horrendous and rude. The package took 3 weeks to arrive, it may as well not of. Crappy jumper which must of cost £3 (stains on it) and some trousers which looked like they had been found in a bin. DO NOT WASTE YOUR Money.

Perfect service, Item came within two days of purchase in perfect condition.
