Hajj 2023, an unforgettable journey. Me and my wife travelled for Hajj with Dome Tours, and we couldn’t be happier! Most, if not all prospective pilgrims in the UK, know about the new process of booking Hajj via the ministry’s platform… and it’s safe to say it was a bumpy ride. Alhamdulillah for Dome Tours and their team! Throughout the entire journey, from making our intention, to visiting the blessed lands in Makkah and Madinah, to returning home, we were guided by experts – whether it was webinars, seminars, talks delivered by the group Sheikh’s, guided walking tours, down to demo’s on how to pack your bag for Mina and how much money to take, no stone and no question was left unanswered. My goal was to make a journey to Allah, with little to worry about when it comes to logistics, planning and all the other boring but super important things in the background, so I could entirely focus on ibadah – this was achieved through the mercy of Allah and Dome Tours. If you want an unparalleled experience, gain substantial knowledge, focus on ibadah and all the other wonderful things we managed… then I highly recommend Dome Tours.

We received incredible support and guidance from Dome tours throughout our Hajj journey. The sheer scale of Hajj creates so many logistical difficulties but our guides steered us through with poise and compassion. We felt safe and looked after at all times and I would highly recommend Dome tours to all!

Overall Alhumdullilah our Hajj 2023 experience was amazing. Dome tours and the Dome guides did a great job in helping us though our journey. A big thank you goes to our Dome Guides on the DT 1000/1100 package, they did a brilliant job in ensuring that we were looked after every step of the way, from London to Medina to Makkah and back to London. We could not have asked for better guides!!!
However the one thing that needs to be improved is the Hajj application process which is managed by Nusuk. Dome tours did the best they can do to help with the application process but there were too many system errors and payment issues which Nusuk must fix to improve the process.

This year was my first year doing hajj or umrah, and after the horror stories I heard about Hajj last year I was very nervous and apprehensive. Alhamdulilah, Dome Tours exceeded all expectations. Before we even left the UK they weee taking care of us with an amazing seminar with a doctor and shuyookh available to answer any questions and the khutbah series to prepare us spiritually.
Whilst we were there, the Dome Tours team made everything so smooth for us from an organisational point of view and the team were always on hand for any support or guidance we needed. Also, having a sheikh with us every step of the way was such an amazing spiritual experience. They looked after us physically, spiritually and emotionally so we were truly able to focus on our Ibadat knowing that everything else is taken care of. I couldn’t recommend Dome Tours highly enough to anyone who is going on Hajj or Umrah - you won’t regret it, their dedication is second to none. May Allah reward the entire team for all their efforts and intentions, Ameen!

Going hajj alone I was very excited but a little apprehensive, Dome tours before, during and after my hajj journey were so helpful, reassuring and supportive. Assalamu Allaikum. We went to Hajj this year with DT. I have heard a lot of stories about people going to Hajj and they having problems with the company they went with or their guides but Alhamdulilah this wasn't the case with us. I could not find any fault in their service. They went above and beyond. I will definitely recommend them to everyone. Dome tours made my Hajj 2023 an amazing experience. They are highly recommended. The guides and everyone else were really amazing. I would travel with them again without hesitation. Simple as that.

Alhumdulillah , dome tour has made our Hajj experience way better than expected. There were guides in every step. Reminder everyday to prepare us for the next day. Facilities everything so that we can focus on our ibadat. Walking tours with boss ARH was cherry on top. So much learning. They keep you engaged as much as possible. Highly recommend them.

Amazing, amazing, amazing. Incredible service from the very start - we were kept more up to date by Dome Tours than Ministry of Hajj themselves! They need to hand over Nusuk to Dome Tours and watch it flourish. 2023 Hajj process was new to everyone, but Dome Tours were so reassuring, proactive and reliable! We had no doubt they will facilitate everything as planned (and they did more!). They truly take pride in what they do and it shows! The team are a gift from Allah for the Hujjaj. The experience, knowledge, hard work, energy, motivation and skill they brought were unparalleled - I'm sure the other Hujjaj will agree. I recommend Dome Tours to everyone. Nothing I say will be enough. May Allah reserve a special reward for every single one of you at Dome Tours. By the power of Allah, thank you for facilitating my dream of Hajj in ways better than I expected.

The guides were excellent, very helpful and informative. However, I have two complaints:
Firstly the food provided at Arafat and Muzdalifa was poor.
Secondly the company should have provided transport from Muzdalifa to Mina to Jamarat to Mecca.
To expect elderly people to walk five and a half hours in 45 degrees centigrade heat is very unreasonable. Especially as we paid £13,000 each for our package!

The most amazing Hajj experience ever, organised and run by a fantastic team. The Dome Tours team are experienced, organised, compassionate, and good humoured. They facilitated a smooth journey throughout the Hajj, with the guidance of experienced Shuyukh, who led prayers, duaas, and gave fascinating historical talks during walking tours. Was in good hands throughout the duration of the journey, with a team who kept us safe, well-informed, and guided us to perform the Nusuk correctly. Did not want to leave, and would go back on any trip with Dome Tours in a heartbeat!

I really enjoyed my Hajj 2023 with dome tours with no issues at all. I would recommend this as highly recommended hajj services providers in the UK.

I just returned from a 10 day Hajj package and what can I say other than WOW! Dome Tours went above and beyond to support myself and fellow Hajjis on this once in a lifetime opportunity. The support and guidance before, during and even after this journey really was amazing. They are with you every step of the way and give you the confidence that everything is being handled, allowing you to concentrate on the Hajj rights and of course building your relationship with Allah. Hajj 23 - despite there being many changes to the booking and management of Hajj 23, I cannot fault any aspect of the work undertaken by DT. The admin by Ibrar bhai through to the knowledge, kindness and support of all the guides was nothing short of perfect. The mini very succinct lectures throughout the process allowed you to understand every aspect of the Hajj rituals and why they were being performed. The Ziyarats were amazing and ARH's analogies to real life did make me giggle on many occasions.
I am looking forward to undertaking Umrah with DT Insha Allah in the coming year. Thanks you for making my Hajj truly memorable. JZK

Very informative and the support you get on this magical journey was just incredible!

It was a wonderful experience and dome tours well coordinated and well planned it. It was a big task to coordinate so many people for Hajj and Umrah. They were always available for help and support if needed but any of the group member. Communication was great. I personally had issues with my visa and flights and they sorted out that in timely fashion.
Guides were always available, even they phoned individual on their room extension to alert them for coach transfers. Arrangements at the Minhaj camp were great. Those regular reminders after each prayer were fantastic.
