Nous avons été très ravis de l'accueil et l'accompagnement de Al Bait on Nusuk depuis le séminaire du 1er mai 2026 en Belgique ainsi que l'accueil à notre arrivée à la Mecque puis la départ.Nous avons fait le Hajj en famille. Merci pour le professionalisme.

J’ai été invité par Allah pour effectuer le hajj cette année HamdouliLah pour ça je serais toujours reconnaissante. C’etait ma première fois à la Mecque et j’implore Allah de m’accorder d’autres voyages à la terre sainte.

Pour moi l’expérience Bait El guest ne m’a pas séduite. Faisant partie des Globales nous avons été repartis de groupes en groupes. Nous avons rien reçu de ce que les autres groupes avaient que ce soit nos badges, les les cadeaux, les transferts. Même arrivés à Mina je n’avais pas d’attribution de lit.
Lorsqu’on voyait les autres groupes français, belges, américains… c’était un peu frustrant pour nous «  les autres » .
Je pense que vous devriez régler ce souci et intégrer les «  global «  directement dans les groupes liés à leurs pays d’origine.
A part ça HamdouliLah nous avons fait de merveilleuses rencontres et nous avons passé un bon hajj qu’Allah accepte 🤲🏼

This was our first experience with Al Beit, and more importantly, our first Hajj. We've always heard horror tales of all that could go wrong and the fact that you have no assistance from the operators in Saudi. Imagine our surprise, then, having dealt with Al Beit. Promises were met, no, exceeded. From their representatives in South Africa to their spiritual leader allocated to our group ( Moulana Leili) - they were all brilliant, present and available 24/7...honestly, would highly recommend them and only use then going forward

Salam aleikoum. C’était globalement une excellente expérience. Merci à Al Bait Guest. Tout était soigneusement millimétré : organisation, nourriture … le personnel au top du top notamment à Medine au Waqf Uthman. Également Mohamed qui a été formidable pour nous aider dans la logistique , et a l’écoute ainsi que l’imam de Bolton UK au plus près des pèlerins pour répondre à la moindre question.

Pour les futurs pèlerins
- le groupe « global » était une bonne idée mais n’avait pas de suivi/accompagnement comme pour les autres packages ni de guide attitré. Nous avons effectué tous nos rites seules avec d’autres pèlerins qui nous ont aidé ce qui est extrêmement dommage. Par contre cela nous a permis de rencontrer des gens du monde entier
- il manquait des veillées spirituelles **quotidiennes** à Mina, dommage
- à mobilité réduite (PMR / fauteuil roulant) : veillez vous assurez à mettre en amont leur besoin et s’assurer que l’équipe sur le terrain est informée

Allah chose me for Hajj this year and my package was B1280.

Alhamdulillah everything went very well and smooth, from the time we landed in Madeenah.
we were on a GDS flight.
The Al bait team present at the airport was exceptional.
the hospitality of the staff at waqf Othman was incredible, helping us to off load our bags etc.
the bus and train ride. the ease in arriving in Makkah to do our Umrah.
Mina camps had everything. food, water, snacks etc.

few things concerned me, which I hope the Al bait team will consider adjusting.

1. when doing webinars before Hajj, there needs to be on etiquette of keeping noise levels down while others are asleep,
bathroom etiquettes of tahaarat (disposing of sanitary wear) as cleanliness is part of Deen. if there is a defiency then Hajj may not be accepted.

2. it was extremely sad to see trays of food as well as half bottles of water and half cans of cool drinks thrown into the bin. it pained my heart thinking that imagine if this could reach our little children of Ghazza??!!
encouragement needs to be re repeatedly giving on the harms of wastage and the Al bait team needs to dish a little at a time into the plates.
one meat and one completely veg dish would be sufficient.

3. I would have appreciated if everyday we had an Aalim reminding us about the virtues / life of Nabi Ibraheem and doing a run down of what we have to do for the day or next day. ladies could have streamed it on mxlr etc.

4. a map / PDF should be prepared and giving to hajees of the shortcuts / routes to and from the Jamarat etc.
with pictures of signboards.
explaining tunnels etc.
should anyone get lost.
also of bus routes.
when they say the bus will drop you at the Jamarat, it means the bin Dawood etc.

5. In Mina there should still be a block of clean, neat, well maintained eastern /low pan toilets.

6. In Arafah alot of repair work is needed on the sewage pipelines in the old blocks. Dirty water drips down and salaah and wuqoof may not be accepted.

7. Meals should not be served during wuqoof at Arafah.

Al Bait was tops everything was on point. They surely delivered on every point. The B3220 group leader could have done with a extra assistant though as we could see was abit hectic at times for one person to manage everything for the group but he managed.

Regarding Al Bait always on point delivering all the time from the tine we arrived MED to leaving Makkah on our final bus trip. I can say i will insha Allah again book with Al Bait no doubt.

I loved every part of the process until we got back in Canada , highly recommended for peace of mind as a first time to mekkah. Everything is detailed and easy to follow I really loved the experience thank you so much .

We didn’t get in phase one but phase 2, group flights were sold out but we wanted the B12000 package so we took a custom flight with Qatar airways. When we got to Jeddah a Nusuk rep took us and escorted us to the coach that was waiting for us. When we got to Madinah the Al bait guest services rep gave us all room cards etc and a bit of info. Al Bait through out was good and very informative. When we got to Mecca the welcome we got at the Hilton was wow I felt like a princess and they gave so many gifts that I ran out of hands. We also had mufti Menk on our group another highlight for me as I a fan. Can’t fault Al Bait they are well known and the pink rucksacks stood out which I used loads. Would highly recommend them.

I recently completed Hajj with Al Bait Guests and had an outstanding experience overall.

From the moment we arrived, the organisation and planning were exceptional. The team kept Hajees well informed throughout the journey and consistently demonstrated a high level of professionalism and attention to detail. It was clear that a tremendous amount of thought had gone into every aspect of the pilgrimage.

One thing that particularly stood out was the logistics. I did not spend a single Riyal on transportation during my stay, as everything was arranged efficiently. The team also had a detailed understanding of each Hajee’s travel plans and flight arrangements, ensuring that everyone was accommodated appropriately. I was also impressed that they were one of the few operators making use of the Makkah train, which significantly enhanced the overall experience.

The spiritual guidance was excellent. The Muftis and scholars provided informative and meaningful Ziyaarats and were always available to offer guidance and answer questions. Their knowledge added immense value to the journey and helped deepen our understanding of the sacred sites we visited.

What I appreciated most was the balance Al Bait struck between fostering a strong group environment and allowing Hajees the independence to worship and manage their own schedules where appropriate. There was structure when it mattered, but enough flexibility for individuals to make the most of their personal Hajj experience.

My only area for improvement relates to one of the walks during the pilgrimage. On that occasion, the guide moved ahead at a pace that was difficult for some members of the group to maintain, particularly elderly Hajees and those in wheelchairs. This resulted in some people being left quite far behind without clear guidance. It also created a difficult situation for those who were able to keep up, as they had to choose between assisting fellow Hajees and remaining with the guide. Fortunately, this was an isolated incident in an otherwise very well managed journey.

Overall, Al Bait Guests exceeded my expectations and delivered a memorable, spiritually enriching, and exceptionally well organised Hajj experience. I would happily recommend them to anyone considering Hajj in the future.

I was guest of Allah and I have no complains.

Alhamdulillah, I had the privilege of performing Hajj with LUL and ABG in 2026. My experience was somewhat unique, as I was travelling alone with my elderly and disabled parents.

The journey began with some challenges regarding our room allocation and wheelchair accessibility, which understandably caused stress, frustration and impacted our health from the outset. However, once these issues were resolved by the team on the ground and after raising a complaint and refusing to accept anything less, the remainder of the pilgrimage was a positive and rewarding experience.

From the moment we arrived at the airport in the UK, the team provided support and assistance. Throughout Hajj, they worked tirelessly to guide pilgrims, answer questions, and help ensure that everything ran as smoothly as possible despite the immense logistical demands of the pilgrimage. Their dedication, patience, and willingness to help were evident throughout.

We were also blessed to benefit from the company and guidance of Mufti Menk and Sheikh Yusree, who spent considerable time with the group. Their spiritual reminders, knowledge, and accessibility greatly enriched the experience and helped us focus on the true purpose of Hajj.

I will always be grateful for the care and assistance my parents received, which enabled us to complete this once-in-a-lifetime journey. A special thank you to Sister Shanaz, Rizwan Bhai, Sheikh Yusree, Sohail Bhai,
Nabeel, Adam, and Hisham for their support throughout the trip. I would also like to thank Sister Asma and Fatima for looking after my mother when I had to leave the camp. May Allah continue to bless them all.

While there were some initial difficulties and lack of accountability from ABG, the overall level of care and support from the team on the ground made for a memorable and meaningful Hajj experience.

I would recommend travelling with LUL/ABG if you are young and able and I already have family and friends who are considering joining them for Hajj in the future, inshaAllah.

I had a lot of reservations and anxiety so asked a lot of questions before the trip due to my parents circumstances and despite the numerous reasurances unfortunately my fears came true. You are gaslighted in to feeling like you are asking for too much and over reacting. Then when things go wrong, they try and use ‘sabr’ and religion to justify their shortcomings which i found completely unacceptable. Disability isnt exactly a choice. The response to my complaint from ABG was disappointing but I have let it go.

I am grateful we managed to get through hajj but I tried to do as much as possible with my parents without the groups assistance in the end due to the issues we faced and was reluctant at times to ask for help. Therefore, if you are travelling with elders/disabled who need support i would suggest you do your research and rely on yourself as much as possible and not the assurances of others as this is an area ABG can hugely improve on from my experience.

A really smooth journey for Hajj Alhamdullilah. Transport was readily available which was a pleasant surprise! All staff were really friendly and accommodating and willing to help at all times when needed. I will be recommending Al Bait to all family and friends going for Hajj moving forward inshaAllah.

Al Bait provided expert advice through every stage of Hajj before, during and after.
They were available whenever you needed them.
Every part of the journey was catered for to the highest of standards.
The guides were always available and helped us navigate through each stage of Hajj.
The lectures and seminars enhanced the spiritual journey, as well as the doctor who advised and treated those who were unwell.
I would highly recommend Al Bait. You wont be disappointed.
