Dealt with a girl called Jennifer made everything simple, was really helpful and explained everything had everything sorted really quickly no delays and got a great deal compared to what I was being quoted

It would help if they picked up the phone. I've tried without success to day, even sent them an email. They have too many telephone numbers floating around. The number 018022330 is a wste of time just alot of woffle, how good they are. Have been with them for 9 years, their web site comes up as not secure for renewal purposes! Where are the 100+ staff that they say they have,

Really bad customer service. Initially renewing policy i got finance but they had inputted date of birth incorrectly so finance company were contacting me putting pressure saying I hadn't logged in but I couldnt as turned out date of birth was wrong. Emailing and ringing trying to understand why code they gave me wrong. Eventually sorted after a week of emailing. Then broke down. Was told I had break down assistance after 5 mins on hold trying to find out. They put me theough to axa. Axa no record of it. Puts me through to prestige. Prestige organises tow then rings back says I need to go back to dolmen as dolmen must have breakdown with somebody else. Cant get through to dolmen then snd Stuck by the side of the road with 3 kids its the last thing you you need. Premium over a grand and cant even get a tow to my nearest garage. Eventually I gave up and organised and paid my own tow.

Eddi from Dolman Insurance made this a very pleasurable and seamless event. After weeks and weeks of trying to get Insurance on my slightly oversized camper, he sorted me out in a very short period of time. Couldn’t be happier. Will definitely be dealing with Dolman insurance, especially while dealing with Eddi.

I want to say how incredibly helpful your staff were to me over the past week. I was insuring a camper and moving my insurance from one company to Dolmen. I had to speak with your staff on three separate occasions and I just want to let you know how friendly, helpful and patient they were. The whole process was made very simple and easy (particularly compared to the previous insurance company); the first staff member I spoke with was Michelle; I didn't get the second girl's name and the third was Lily - extremely well done and thank you. Has too be the worst customer service out there..rang too get a quote on a campervan too be told after half a hour waiting they can't insure me for no apparent reason..

Lisa was great, very quick responses and extremely friendly and went above and beyond to help.

Rang them several times including today to ask them to send a certificate of insurance by email so I can produce this at my NCT appointment in Sligo. Still no proof of insurance and I have paid upfront and had an extension from Axa till the 6th November. Im absolutely disgusted with this company. The documents team I cannot speak to to get my document of proof so I cannot register my vehicle now on the 6th November so will have to rearrange everything. Absolutely useless. Albert Smith

I recently took out buildings insurance for a rented property with Dolmen. The whole process was very easy and quick. The staff member I dealt with was knowledgeable and provided me with all the information I needed to make an informed decision on the cover I needed.
The quote was also competitively priced. I would definitely recommend Dolmen and will be using their services again at renewal time.
