Absolutely appalling customer service. Every time I speak to someone, I get a completely different answer—no consistency, no accountability, just confusion.
I originally had my car insured with a named driver. When my car broke down, I temporarily changed the car on the policy and removed the named driver until everything was sorted. I was told this wouldn’t be an issue. Yet somehow, I was charged extra for that change. Fine—reluctantly accepted.
Now that my car is fixed and I want to revert back to my original setup with the named driver, I’m being told I have to pay again. No refund was given when the named driver was removed in the first place, and now they’re hitting me with another so-called “system charge.” Apparently, no one there can override or even explain these charges properly—everything is just blamed on “the system.”
To make matters worse, when I said I’m unhappy and want to cancel, I’m told I’ll have to pay a cancellation fee as well. So no matter what I do, I’m paying more.
I’ve been a loyal customer for years, and this is how I’m treated—misled, overcharged, and dismissed. Not once did anyone clearly explain these extra costs when I first called about my situation. It feels like they’re just finding every possible way to squeeze more money out of customers rather than actually helping.

This is not an insurance company you can trust, i had taken out a motor insurance with this lot and got insured for €about €400, 3 days later they said i would have to pay an extra €42.54 for additional cover that i did not need, i rang them to find out what the problem was and the said an extra €25 for the phone call so i just cancelled the policy altogether, with that they said that's another €50 cancellation fee, so in all they tried to charge me an extra €117.54. Just a lot of crooks that used to be Liberty before they got put out of business. I wonder why ?????
