I’ve always loved Hownd products, you have to be quick as they’re so popular they run out of stock.
The delivery was super quick too.

My dog loves the food. Dealing with Hownd is very easy.

Not only until I chased you company, was I informed my product was out of stock. Did no one call, email or make contact to arrange an alternative product.
Really disappointing having been a loyal client for years.

In this day and age, how is it possible to show items are in stock, but to get told 3 days later there's no stock and order cancelled? Their systems are obviously non existent.

Unfortunately stock is inconsistent. This has a knock on effect for my dog, when I change her diet suddenly, due to her usual kibble going out of stock. This has happened a couple of times and I'll be switching to a different brand as a result.

They were great until they were bought out.... shame.

Thought my dog of 13 years would eat anything but he won't touch either of the 2 varieties of these treats I bought. Complete waste of money for me.

Emailed me to say they’d cancelled my subscription in October and then randomly charged me and sent me a 10kg bag of kibble 3 months later after I’d switched my dog to Omni. They’ve been bought out by a non-vegan company too that don’t seem to care about customers or the Hownd brand. Shame.

My one dog has allergies to what seems like everything and this seems to have given him none of his usual side effects.

I had only recently just discovered Hownd and their amazing range of wet dog food. I was previously using a different company, that supplied home cooked ‘quality’ meals for dogs. I won’t name no names. However I had noticed that my pup was finding it difficult to digest the food fully. Her poo would consist of the undercooked ingredients. At first I thought it was due to her stomach still had yet to get used to a new diet. However after a year of using the brand. No differences were made. I then ultimately decided to take matters into my own hands, to research and opt out for new options of food for my pup. And that was when I had found Hownd. The ingredients that they use for our pets are top notch. The type of food that’ll not only nourish their body, it will also bring healing. Which is what I want for my dog. She deserves every penny I put into this brand to provide such amazing quality food for our pets. I highly advise all dog owners to consider the quality of the food we give our dogs. Food can either help their health to thrive or ultimately decline their life span.

I have been a hownd customer for a little over a year now and up present ive been quite happy .I have made several purchases from hownd directly and also from amazon.The last order i got from amazon came in a grey alternative bag from the usual packet which wasnt an issue however it came just as is with no outer packaging or box which had some puncture holes in it .My last order came the same way without any outer package or box but minus the holes .After contacting hownd i got you have to take it up with amazon .A little brusque answer i thought surely it all comes from hownd anyway so what happened im not sure .It took me over half an hour to contact amazon as was going round in circles as i couldnt get to the right place to complain eventually i got a refund but took me ages

We've started with a subscription of Hownd both dry and tinned dog food after we trialled it for a week or so. Our 13 year old mastiff has gone absolutely crazy for it and can't control his excitement when we get his breakfast or dinner ready for him. He's like a puppy again, lots more energy and wanting to play even more than he did before. The delivery is really speedy when we ordered it too. Can definitely recommend Hownd.

Really impressed! Yes, I can make this myself BUT that’s the point: it’s almost (not quite) as good as homecooked. It’s not organic, but the change in my dogs has been quite lovely (12-14 yr. olds) re agility. I still use homecooked—and sometimes I mix some Hownd in—but this is seriously high-quality convenience. Their treats for my old guys: wow also!

Absolutely fantastic. I have a subscription for food with them. Very easy to use, trustworthy, and my doggies LOVE their kibble and all flavours of the tinned food. Really pleased I found this company when I did. Fast delivery is also extremely appreciated! Furthermore, their customer service is spot on - very speedy at replying, multiple ways to contact them, when you have a shipment they send frequent updates so you know exactly what's going on. Honestly can't fault them, wonderful experience every time and I definitely highly recommend! :)
