Terrible experience. They sent the wrong items, some items were missing, and customer service completely ignored my emails. Extremely frustrating and unprofessional. I would not order from Dodo Skin again.

Extremely unprofessional experience. My order was simply cancelled without any proper explanation. I only received a generic email informing me about the cancellation, with no reason given and no attempt to explain what happened.

Cancelling a customer’s order without any communication or explanation is, in my opinion, completely unacceptable and very unprofessional. Customers deserve at least basic transparency and proper communication.

I will definitely repurchase with you guys , fast delivery and great quality of product!!

They delivered what we ordered in a timely fashion.

Ordered 3 items and after a long wait for delivery only 1 item was delivered. Also was charged $20 bucks for delivery, but delivery is stated free. The worst worst warst part is that you can try and chat with customer service, email or send many many messages and no one will answer back. It's a scam company like temu or shein. AVOID!! Sent 8 emails tried chat over 10 times no one reads anything.

Authentic products, good packaging, and shipping took about a week. Everything arrived in good condition. I was a little worried before ordering, but there was nothing to worry about in the end. Would order again.

Order 108237 If I could give this company zero stars I would. I purchased what was probably my fourth order a month ago and it’s still pending shipping. The company continues to say they’re waiting on stock for three of the four items. I have corresponded probably four times with this company. The first three I got a response fairly quickly telling me that they were waiting for items to be restocked. When I went back to the Dodo site, the items I ordered (and are out of stock) are available for purchase on the website. Hmmm. I sent another email and I asked for a refund and am still waiting for a response from that email. Additionally, their app is no longer working. DO NOT BUY. I usually use PayPal for transactions like this, but because I was a fourth time customer I really didn’t even think about it and I’ll probably never see my money or the product. Shop elsewhere.

Took forever to arrive, it was more expensive than everywhere else but I wanted to all duties paid experience. I had to pay upon delivery... Their customer service is so poor... You have been warned!

I received my order which did arrive within 2 weeks, but I was missing an item from my order. I emailed their support email that they have listed and no response in over a week. lol

I ordered a product and something else entirely different came. I emailed them and they responded quickly and told me they apologize and to reply with permission for them to give me a full refund. Since then I have not heard from them and I realize I have been scammed.
Its really disheartening because everytime I order anything from an Asian company, I get ripped off

Horrible customer service!
After getting my package I noticed one item was missing and I took a photo and emailed them stating that. They replied saying that they checked with their team and everything was sent and probably was the courier’s fault.
If everything was wrapped and sent in one package how come this could be the courier’s fault?!!!
Anyway, DO NOT buy from this company! They won’t help you at all!

I placed an order with DODOSKIN and received a shipping confirmation on June 24 with the tracking number LI084228280KR.

Unfortunately, this tracking number has never worked. Korea Post does not recognize it, and there has never been a single tracking update.

I contacted customer support several times. Every reply was the same generic message saying they were checking with the warehouse. Weeks have passed, and they still cannot confirm whether my order was ever shipped.

I have now requested a full refund because I no longer wish to receive the order, but I am still waiting for a proper resolution.

This has been one of the most disappointing online shopping experiences I have had. I expected much better customer service and communication. I cannot recommend this store based on my experience.

Please do not trust this site. I ought to have heeded the warnings from others regarding this website; prior to placing my order, I researched and came across comments on Reddit indicating that their shipping was extremely sluggish, yet I underestimated it thinking they were exaggerating but I am facing the same issues they warned of. As highlighted by other reviewers, the site's delivery speed is remarkably slow, and their customer service response times are similarly inadequate. I would recommend exercising caution and not placing your trust in this site, and instead, consider exploring other options.

I submitted my order (#104310) on June 26, 2026. Now, over three weeks later, I have yet to see any updates regarding the shipping status on the shop app. As of July 23, it has been almost a month since my order was made. The tracking information in the shop app has consistently shown a status of "waiting for details." My confidence in this site has diminished, as they fail to send emails with updates or information about the progress of my package. Additionally, they inaccurately represented the shipping timeframe, stating it would take Standard shipping of (9–13 Business Days).

Their live chat is a AI chat bot that indicated I would receive an email regarding my concerns, if I waited but I received no email response ever. They did not respond to the email I have sent them ignoring me but constantly bombard me with emails regarding promo codes and skin care products just to drain me out of my money.

This site is terrible; and manipulative I do not recommend using it. The customer service is bad they want you to buy but not give quality. It is very scammy they sell things that say they are in stock but are not and have you wait forever without the possibility of getting your money back. I just want my money back I don’t even care about using the products anymore.

But out of all that I learned, my advice would be to use YesStyle which I usually use but I wanted to try a new site. While you may not find the same exclusively unique Korean skincare products on YesStyle, my experience has shown that they offer faster shipping and do not scam their customers, they respect their costumers and do not waste their costumers time and money like this horrible site does.

It had been more than 10 days since I placed my order, so I sent an email requesting a cancellation. However, I received no response. A few days later, I was informed that the order had already been shipped and therefore could not be canceled.
Now that the package has arrived, I discovered that only the device was included and the leggings were missing. I did not receive the complete order that I paid for, and I would like this issue resolved immediately.
