Excellent service
Excellent service. Easy to use and managed to speak to a Doctor within the hour. Normally they use zoom so you can see each other. My camera wasn't working properly but I managed to send photos and had a detailed and thorough consultation. Prescription sent via email within 10 mins.

So so much quicker
Once we had got round the Internet issues the appointment went really well
The ENP said she would refer me to a consultant who I am seeing next week!
My dr surgery said 6 weeks wait before they can even offer me an appointment!
Let alone write a referral letter which also took 6 weeks last time!
So so much better with Dr Care anywhere

Good interaction to start.
All really easy to book an appointment. This was on a Sunday. Couldn't get facetime but that didn't matter as there was nothing to see. My app was for a very bad back , which happened on holiday and is recurring. I explained everything to the GP and said I only had a few strong painkillers left. Therefore he said the pharmacist would ring within 2 hours, so i could pick some up. Unfortunately no phone call. Phoned my GP up the following morning but he had not prescribed anything. So I had to make another appointment with my GP for a prescription. On line is good, but hesitant if I would ring again on a weekend.
