I recently ordered from The Independent Pharmacy and was very pleased with how quickly the order arrived even though it was the Easter weekend. Packed well. Also got a e mail from them to advise how the best way to use it and also recommended products to use as well. Which helped a lot with my problem ( scabies ) can’t thank them enough as they are now responding to the treatment. I have just ordered another x 2 creams to apply to make sure they have all gone. It was recommended to do a follow up treatment to get them all. Thanks.

My partner purchased some monjaro which arrived over the delivery time frame also medication arrived warm and the dry ice had turned to warm liquid. Contacted The Independent Pharmacy and they assured us it was ok to use, however, we feel this should replaced which they arent prepared to do. We wont be using this company again.

Whilst l agree that this company is easy to use and have fast delivery times, has no-one noticed they have increased their prices (Mounjaro) for the second time in 2 months? Very sneaky given that the manufacturer has not increased their prices recently.

The item I required was not a available where I live!
Fortunately I was told The Independent Pharmacy may have it so I got in touch and was amazed that they did have it.
I ordered it and it arrived very quickly.
I won't hesitate to get in touch again should I require anything else

Great experience from independent pharmacy. I was a little worried about ordering medication online, but needn't have been, it was all very professional. If you have a minor problem and can't be bothered with trying to get a GP appointment it's a great service. As I say, professional and discreet. Delivery was super quick too. I was skeptical about using this pharmacy, but other's reviews on trust pilot made me take a chance and I was pleasantly surprised. They were quick to approve my prescription (after filling out a form) and sent it out promptly. Much faster than having to deal with a GP to get the medication needed for managing my chronic issues. Highly recommend.

I was impressed by how quickly and easily was to order my cream from the Independent pharmacy. Whilst my GP surgery was wasting my time and the receptionist was misdiagnosing me. £10 more but it’s probably worth it. The online consultation with their doctor was also straight forward.

Having used the independent pharmacy before, I know how reliable they are. They let me know when I can apply for my medication and it is very convenient to do so online. Delivery is always quick and well packaged.
