Great service and fast and easy
Easy to use and very fast delivery. Instructions were easy to follow and simple to collect sample. Results delivery was very fast and the advisory notes were a real benefit. Well done and I will continue to monitor my health with the service.

I have increased my previous rating
I have increased my previous rating to 3 because after some time I was able to rebook my appointment at no extra cost. There is a problem with the internal system that tells the doctor that you have not connected to your video call even when you have clicked on the link sent to you.

Process to take rapid test was brilliant. However on completion I had a small query and sent an e-mail, left a voice message and did not receive any response whatsoever. Phoning just gave me 3 options and in each case I was diverted to a voicemail box. Poor after sales spoilt what would have been a great experience

Brilliant service! Highly recommend!
Today my father and mother-in-law arrived at the airport at 9:30 am but they don't know the airline required the antigen test when they check-in, we thought it only needed the NHS covid-test pass. So I am in so hurry to find a test for them to register and get the certification. I found DocHQ and used webchat to ask which product I should purchase, Debble is really nice, she answered all my questions and explain the procedure and how it works.
There is lots of appointment you can book for online video and very easy to use, after the appointment you can get the certification by email straight away.
So finally they can board before the departure time.
I appreciate Debble for everything that helps.
I also recommended it to my friends when they go for travel.
