Really impressed. Thomas rang us to let us know he was on his way, turned up on time and was polite, friendly and professional. The carpets look great and we wish we'd done it a few years ago. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

Had a love experience with DM Carpet clean today. Well call them again if and when needed. Tom, was very helpful and understanding. He explained everything. And showed us after doing a little to see if we was happy with the way it was going. He moved the sofa himself and put it back as it was, as we wanted that part of the carpet cleaned. Before he went again he asked if everything was ok and what we have to do and not do and what is best. Overall we are a happy and satisfied customer.

Fast service. Booked last minute ..An hour for 2 large bedrooms and landing. All dog urine marks gone and smells great. Carpets look like new . Good fair price. Highly recommend

Incredible! 10 year old carpets look new again. Wonderful experience from booking to paying - all simple, with great communication. Couldn’t recommend more.

Five star service- really excellent work done. Darius was quick to respond to all comms, sent timely reminders about the visit, was punctual, courteous and left my carpets in a far better state than I thought would be possible. Many, many thanks.
