It was a pleasure to meet Thomas. He introduced himself and showed me his badge. He was respectful and very thorough in his work.
He answered all my questions regarding how the carpet would react to the clean explaining it would not only clean the carpet but also bring the pile back, and I have to agree it looks brand new. Thank you Thomas. I would highly recommend.

Tom did a fab job cleaning a stubborn stain from a delivery company on our 4 day old carpet! I didn’t think the stain would come out so was pleasantly surprised. The whole service was great!
