Great efiicient staff and competent and excellent work done.

I used DLG Auto services in Barnsley for a crash repair they went above and beyond to make sure repair was done correctly and kept me informed at all stages thankyou for an Exellent service to all the team 👍

The repair itself was excellent but when the car was returned there was no power. The battery had been run down and not recharged

Recently used DLG auto services through my insurance company after a fox 🦊 decided to run out in front of me causing my car significant damage . From the very first phone call to arrange to get car fixed the service has been outstanding I can't fault anything . From the delivery of the courtesy car drivers to the girls answering the phones all acted in a professional friendly manner couldn't help you enough . I had regular emails of the state of play with the car repairs and estimate time scale which I got my car back earlier . The car itself was mended to high standards came back looking like a show room car valeted inside out THANK YOU . Highly recommend this company x

Was contacted pretty swiftly by DLG, car was driveable and picked up by them at home. Repairs were carried out very quickly and faults discussed over the phone. Was away on day of delivery but car was dropped off and I was able to review the work on my return. The whole process was smooth, efficient and standard of work fantastic. Very pleased and though I dont particularly want to have another accident I would definitely use them again.

Regular updates, work was carried out and appears to be to a good standard. However I do not know what work was carried out and though I have a guarantee for parts and labour as I do not know what this entails It is somewhat meaningless

DLG Middlewich seemed to be organised and efficient at first. The issue came once I had the car back. There was an error on the tyre pressure sensor that wasn't there before they had the car, and came on within seconds of me driving it. It turns out they had put the worng tyre on the car, causing the error message. They did fix the issue with no fuss, but I was surprised that it hadn't been spotted and fixed before the car was returned to me, given they should have road-tested it.

A great experience with work explained clearly, undertaken well and good communication. Would recommend.

After being in a non-fault car accident, DLG was my insurance company's assigned repairer. I couldn't have asked for a better service. From being assigned the job, they were prompt, professional and my car looks like new. Thank you for an excellent service.

The repair was carried out fine. However it was spoilt by returning it to me looking like you had washed it with a dirty cloth. There was also white paint polish visible not washed off the repair area. Spoilt my experience I had to wash my own car to remove bodyshop dirt. Really not good.

We were keep well informed about the progress of the repair.

Really impressed with this company. The work they completed was amazing , everything was organised for me, the dropping off of the loan care and keeping me up to date with the work being done.

Happy to recommend these guys. Fully kept up to date with work needed, pick up and return as scheduled, transporter drivers friendly and courteous, car spotless when handed back and most importantly the repair was faultlessly carried out. Very impressed.
